We stayed here for 3 nights and couldn't fault it. It may not be a 4/5 star hotel but the staff were 5 star. They were all very pleasant and nothing was too much bother for the dining room staff. We had hassle from the beginning. Booked a double room, recieved a twin. Informed the reception and was informed thats all that was available when I booked, it was either that or nothing. Wick is in a quiet portion of Scotland so it was nice to find a hotel the provided us with everything we needed. The food was a bit ho-hum but the staff was pleasant and the location good. Only steps away from what passes as downtown. more
