I expected slightly more from the St Clair hotel, rooms were clean enough but pretty basic and the television was so small and high there was no point in it being there! I wanted a base for 3 days for touring the North Coast of Scotland so Thurso was an ideal base .. i stayed at the St Clair which is situated in the heart of Thurso .. It is clean & tidy although the family room that i had with my wife & daughter was a bit basic & the shower... more
