We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room had been recently upgraded and was extremely clean and also comfortable. Had a lovely meal in the Upper Deck Restaurant. Would thoroughly recommend. We had booked 2 rooms a few months prior to staying but on arrival there was no reservation for us. However, the receptionist/bar lady was very helpful and sorted us out with no problem. I booked this hotel after looking on their website, we had a large group so needed large accomodation, after calling the hotel we were offered the Rose Cottage, which is a seperate cottage owned by the hotel.
