A very tranqil well kept country house providing a very high standard b&b. We were made exstreamly welcome by John Liz. The location is a real dream and it's a perfect base to go to wonderful Skye, around all of Loch Ness, Inverness and all off the Highlands. I cannot recommend any more.

We stayed in the Riverside Cottage which was a perfect setting for a wonderful holiday, even if the weather was a little on the chilly and damp side. The grounds of Kerrow House are ideally set on the doorstep of Glen Affric and proved to be an ideal base for our second visit to this wonderful region. The cottage is... More

This beautiful old home is located in a stunning valley with a river and picture-perfect gardens. Our VERY large room overlooked the gardens and we were entertained by the constant call of birdsong. Our hosts were welcoming, if somewhat bemused by our enormous load of luggage (six weeks on the road, half way around the world, it wasn't quite an... More

I will just begin by agreeing with all the other wonderful reviews. Kerrow House, and especially Liz and John, are fabulous. My only regret is that we didn't stay longer....three days went much to fast. From the moment Liz met us at the door and said you must be Selena and Don, I felt like we'd come to stay with... More

From the moment you pull up to the gate you know you're in for something special. As you come up the drive the house comes into view and you are not disappointed. A warm welcome awaits, as well as spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, comfortably and warmly furnished with lovely views. The homemade shortbread is very welcome. Liz and John really... More

Liz and John are first class hosts, you can tell they put their heart and soul into running the B&B and lodges. We stayed in the four poster room which was beautiful with lovely views to the surrounding countryside. Particularly enjoyed the homemade shortbread and the lovely preserves at breakfast. Our stay felt more like a weekend break at a... More

Kerrow House is luxurious, civilised and spacious. Liz and John are charming, warm and hospitable hosts. The breakfasts are immense - with home made jams and free range eggs from the fields of the estate. Home made shortbread awaits your arrival. This is a wonderful place to stay and John and Liz give excellent advice about what to see, where... More

We spent 2 wonderful nights here. Liz and John were welcoming and caring hosts. Our bedroom (with home cooked shortbread biscuits) and bathroom were spacious. More home produce at breakfast which was excellent and substantial. It is a long way from home but we would go back if we ever go that far north again.

We stayed at Kerrow House for two nights in April, and cannot recommend it too highly. A simply beautiful room with lovely views of the gardens (we had the four-poster room -spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and immaculate) We would definitely stay again if in the area. It is a truly hidden gem in a most beautiful part of Scotland; Liz... More

It's like a small mansion with all the luxury you can expect from a mansion. The hosts, an old couple, is really friendly and like to talk with the guests. They even offered me some glasses of whiskey. In this remote area, there are a lot of trails to hike around there, especially the Glen Affrik (don't be fooled by... More
