This was a charming hotel with pub. Run by locals, with great food, drink & lore. Was not antiseptic or chic. Our 9 year old boy loved the dogs (yes, they had run of part of the hotel), my wife loved the food, small adornments lack of pretensions & i loved hanging in the hotel bar with the local boys.... more

This hotel is without question the worst hotel in the world. It smells of stale beer and cigarettes as soon as you walk in the door. The staff are rude and equally as smelly. Avoid this hell hole at all costs. You would honestly be better sleeping in your car! more

what a let down hotel description on web site is missleading,hotel smells really bad very musty and damp bad smell of dogs, really needs to be knocked down and rebuild, very surprised enviromental health let them open would not recommend this hotel to anyone such a let down for a pretty village. more
