Very comfortable stay in one of the chalet rooms at the rear of the building, couldn't have asked for more. Clean, friendly, warm and cosy, with car parking in front of chalets. Lovely sitting in the lounge relaxing, after returning from our evening meal, with the log fire burning. Within easy walking distance of several eating places. Lovely breakfast served... More

Went back for a short break, very comfortable and cosy, with warm clean rooms, friendly people and a good choice of breakfast menu. Plenty of pubs, restaurants and cafe/bars nearby, also many outdoor climbing and skiing shops nearby.

Returned recently from a weekend with my family in Aviemore for a wedding. Ravenscraig Guest House was wonderful. The chalet type rooms to the back were ideal as we used the 5 rooms all ensuite and each nicer than the one before, great facilities for my sister-in-law who is disabled. Breakfast was second to none, short walk to the shops,... More

My husband and I have stayed at this B&B before (not reviewed though). We stayed in a double chalet room in the back area separate from the house. The bed was comfortable and the room clean and it has all the basic essentials that you need. Where this B&B excels is the breakfasts. The porridge is some of the best... More

Just returned from a short break at Ravenscraig. One of the best B&Bs we have stayed in. We had a chalet room at the rear of the main house, lovely, very quiet and plenty parking spaces. Breakfasts were great, lots of choice, my favourite was pancakes, bacon and maple syrup. What really made our stay was the staff, Extremely friendly,... More

Booking very easy and informative: Welcome was friendly and helpful. Situated on the main road of Aviemore within easy walking distance of the centre, near bus stops and rail station if using public transport. Plenty of parking space in private car park. Room was very good being quite large and comfortable with en-suite. Breakfast grub good as was the friendly... More

We love this B&B, one of the very best we've ever stayed in worldwide. Get the chalet rooms in the back, they have their own private entrance and car park area and is extremely quiet. The rooms were modern yet cabin-like with beautiful blondwood. The showers were amazing, perfect for a day's end trekking through the woods. Breakfast was delicious... More

We stayed at Ravenscraig Guest house in the middle of August. We took a train to Aviemore, it'll take about a 8-10 minutes walk to get there. Our rooms were spacious. The Lounge is always open for the guests. The photos of the wild birds in the corridor were so beautiful. The Dining room was classic and comfortable. Breakfast was... More

Stayed at the B&B in early August 2014 with my family. It's wonderful that they have family rooms available - effectively a small cottage. One room with twin beds and the other with a Queen/King. Main bathroom as you enter the hallway and a second en-suite to the twin room. Excellent hosts and lovely, friendly service. Delicious selection of cereals... More

We stayed here for a night and thoroughly enjoyed it. Rubber ducks in the bath tub were a great touch! The breakfast room was beautiful and the breakfast itself was delicious! It is in a great location in the highlands in central Aviemore. Unfortunately we struggled to get the internet to work though.
