We went to the Hotel for a meal on our annual holiday to Scotland. 6 adults and 2 children. The food on the menu has not changed in at least five years and is predictable. We had the most dreadful meal here. I ordered veal casarole and was given beef. The staff were very unhelpful and not at all interested in resolving the situation and insisted it was veal. My girlfriend was also disapointed with her tuna which had been cooked to within an inch of it's life due to it not being particularly fresh. more
