My wife and I stayed at Ardlogie on the way back from our honeymoon. We were made very welcome and overwhelmed by the friendliness and generosity of our hosts. It is a perfect place to stay in Aviemore, within minutes of the train station, and we were cooked a very nice breakfast. Our fried eggs were done to perfection. We... More

Kevin and Kirsty were very welcoming and attentive. We had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was great and we loved the local vegetarian sausages. If you're driving, one must do trip is to take the B970 past Loch Morlich (which has a beach!) and up the mountain to the car park where you get a great view. If you like... More

My husband and I stayed here in June after previous visits, we were a bit apprehensive as it had just been taken over by no owner but we really had no need to worry. We had an excellent stay and the new owners were very welcoming. Great location nice and quiet but only two minute walk to the main street.... More

Can't say enough about this place.. We were early but nothing was too much trouble. Room with a view over the back garden was very pleasant. Breakfast was awesome not to mention the decor of the dining room was very Scottish which added to being in Scotland. Be warned though... the hairdryer will set the fire alarm off... sorry Kevin... Thank you Kirsty & Kevin for a wonderful welcome and a relaxing stay. The room was very comfortable and the accommodation lovely. Breakfast lasted me the whole day. I even left my walking boots so I could make sure I would visit again! Thank you, Claire x

Great stay, warm welcome, excellent breakfast, extremely accommodating - nothing was too much trouble. The wee bit of class with embroidered napkins and Ardlogie place mats were nice touches. Will use this guest house again if staying in Aviemore.

A friendly warm welcome from Kirsty and Kevin on arrival at Ardlogie. We were in a rush having planned to meet up with friends for a surprise birthday and Kirsty quickly settled us into our room. Ground floor (Room 5 I think), exceptionally clean and tastefully decorated. Breakfast choice is excellent served in a bright breakfast room with little 'Scottish'... More

An excellent overnight stay at Ardlogie on our way to Orkney isles. Welcoming host new to this business. splendid breakfast and the do it yourself toaster in the dining room meant we could help ourselves and get hot toast!
