Spent a couple of nights there last week. Nothing was too much trouble for the attentive staff. Spotlessly clean, local beer in the bar (Cairngorm Ales), fantastic food in the evening and such a great setting, overlooking the loch. Highly recommended!

We have held three family gatherings at the Rowan Tree and every time the food, service, atmosphere and value for money have been superb. The staff are friendly and go out of their way to be helpful when such a disparate group as ours are trying to choose from such an interesting menu!

Following a late sail back from Zstornoway and bad weather on the drive home to Dundee, I was fortunate to find a room at the Rowan Tree following a friend's recommendation. The food was fabulous, the service friendly and the surroundings beautiful. Excellent value and well forth a repeat visit.

If you are looking for a hotel that is very reasonably priced, spotlessly clean, well presented, with friendly helpful staff, a great menu, delicious food and an extensive choice of drinks at the bar...look no further. We have thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and if we are ever in this neck of the woods again, we'll be staying here.
