Very nice location and really relaxing, great cafe on site with lovely lady who ran it. The campsite prices were very good £7,50 per person per night. Matt the owner of the site was very friendly and made us really welcome. Now i really dont like making this comment as everything so far was really good. I was really surprised... More

Stayed here for 4 nights whilst walking and cycling in Glen Affric. Matt the owner is very chilled out and friendly. Site very relaxed, facilities clean and all you would need if planning an outdoors relaxing holiday! Would definitely recommend it if you are travelling with dogs, as its relaxed and there's plenty of walking in the area. The Bog... More

Just spent 4 very relaxing days here amongst beautiful setting. Pitches were large. Grounds well kept and toilets and showers were spotless. Every facility you need. Staff couldn't have been more friendly. On site cafe supplied a hearty full English and wonderfull home baking. A trip to the nearby Ploda Falls is a must. Local shop and pub within easy... More

Stayed here for one night after visiting Glen Affric. The price was more than reasonable for peak season and I had a choice of plenty of pitches, most of which had their own picnic bench, great for families. Showers and toilets were kept clean and the had few handy facilities such as a shared fridge. There is a café on... More

We have both camped here on an electric pitch as well as stayed in a static caravan. Both trips were superb with me unable to think of anything negative. The facilities are clean, tidy and well maintained and the site it self is well laid out and spotless. The staff are more than helpful and the setting beautiful, all in... More

The owner is very friendly & nothing is too much trouble. The campsite is perfect. Very peaceful & clean. Lovely places to visit & well worth camping here. Toilets are superb, with fridges & washing machines available this site has all you would need.

My second visit...Stayed in a static caravan this time. Reasonably priced. Clean, tidy with central heating and warm showers. Excellent cooking facilities. Has a TV but we never watched it. Quite remote, but that's to its advantage. Scones and jam were left for us on our welcome. A nice touch. The kids loved exploring and playing with the other kids... More

I'd been to Glen Affric a number of times over the past 25 years and had never really fancied camping but decided on spending a couple of nights in one of the static caravans at Cannich Caravan site as we had the dog and our accommodation options were limited. I'm glad we tried it. The site is really nice, set... More

The good thing with this campsite is that the bus going to Cannich (from Inverness) can drop you off right in front of it. It is large; one can enjoy meals at the café [although a bit pricy] and really feel like camping in the woods. However, I felt that it could be better kept and cared for by its... More

Cannich is a lovely peaceful site with very generous well spaced out pitches. Visited in September 2013 so not very busy. Toilet block looked OK but didn't actually use it, we were in a caravan. only downside to this site is the entrance road which is very badly potholed and needs urgent attention.
