The place was easy to find as it was in Google maps already, just don't use the postcode as it takes you to the wrong end of the road. The apartments' reception is in the hotel next door and were greeted by an excellent host who was extremely helpful and made us feel very welcome. The apartment itself was clean... More

This apartment facility was excellent. The studio apartment was very large with a double and single bed. I particularly liked the convenience of the kitchen facilities. Despite it being bitterly cold outside the room was very warm throughout my stay. Check in was very quick and the staff on the few occasions we spoke were very friendly and efficient. One... More

We previously stayed in the ambassador hotel which is owned by the same people and returned for the great value and location. I shared a large room with my parents which had some sofas and a small kitchen so I can imagine it could be useful if you want to save money on eating out. The apartments are in a... More

Lovely clean and quiet apartments a short walk from the West End's Byers Road. Great location and easy walking distance to dozens of quirky shops and restaurants. Only downside of the apartment was it was really cold but there were heaters in the room and it was fine as soon as it warmed up.

The three bed appartment is ideal for two - spacious, well equipped and quiet. The West End is a great place to stay in Glasgow - independent shops, good restaurants and easy access to the city centre via the subway. Wonderful museums to hand. A great welcoming city.

The location is great next to the Beautifull Botanic Gardens. Also just 10 minutes walk to the Subwaystation. Shops like Tesco Express and other placets to eat are just 5minutes away. Nice, clean appartments. But in room 2 there is no airsuction above the cooking plates ! Baking an egg activated the fire alarm. That could be better. And if... More

We take note of your comments regarding the cooking in the apartments, ordinary cooking should not set off the fire alarm, there is an extractor fan in each kitchen, the alarm will only go off if the cooker is turned up to high and creates and excessive amount of steam. We apologise for the vacuum cleaners, these have obviously been... More

First stayed here last September and after booking a double room at the Ambassador Hotel next door, found we were "upgraded" to an apartment next door. This apartment was light and airy and had a large living space with sofa, chairs, dining table and chairs plus a large comfy bed. We were very pleased with our stay and had no... More

We are sorry that your stay with us was not as you had hoped. When you stayed in September and were upgraded that was done to suit the needs of the business at the time, you were upgraded to a 3 person apartment because that suited the hotel, however when booking to come back you booked a 2 person apartment,... Visiting family at Christmas and stayed at the embassy again and again they did not fail to impress. Stayed in apt 1 this time and was clean, well presented and had everything I needed. The apartment weren't staffed over the Xmas period but I was well looked after from the security that were in serval times a day

I stayed for two weeks in Embassy Appartments in Westend Glasgow. Westend is the best region of Glasgow to stay, nearby Byres Road and Great Western Road. Subway, busses, taxi are on walking distances 5 min. walk. University building, Kelvingrove Parc, Kelvingrove Art gallery, Botanic Gardens, Ashton Lane more than worth visiting and on walking distance of Embassy Appartments. The... More

I live in Glasgow so don't usually need to stay in a hotel here.. However some work on my flat meant I needed to find somewhere to stay for a few days and a self catering option appealed more than staying in a hotel. The only apartment free was huge with 4 beds and separate kitchen/diner and shower room. However... More
