What a disappointment. I was staying for 4 days and, had I been staying longer, I would have considered looking for somewhere else to stay. The best thing about the hotel was its location in the west end of Glasgow and very close to Oran Mor, which was important to me as I was attending a wedding there. Apart form... More

After paying £100 for my partner and I to stay for one night in the VERY small double room I was disgusted to be welcomed by a totally revolting brown stained white towel on my bed, the inside handle of the door was hanging off along with a screw (or two) missing from the Yale lock- this make me feel... A little gem. Great Value. We were treated to a large room full of antique furniture and a four poster bed with a huge en-suite.Free car parking to the rear. Full Scottish breakfast. Would definitely book it again

Well placed within walking distance of Glasgow University (conference) and the West End restaurants and business district. Also an easy bus or taxi ride into the centre of Glasgow. The staff were friendly and helpful and we enjoyed our included full, cooked breakfasts

We stayed here for a weekend and got the family room. The location is good, you can get the train or taxi into Glasgow centre, George Square or Glasgow green. The staff were welcoming and helpful whenever we needed anything. Breakfast was great too. The main reason for the low rating was the cleanliness of the room or should I... More

Stayed here for 1 night in April & found the hotel to be great value for money. The location is ideal & close to a variety of restaraunts & bars. My only critical advice for this hotel might be to skip the breakfast.

I needed to travel alone to visit a family friend in the Beatson Oncology Unit at Gartnavel Hospital. When I explained, I found the staff were very helpful. The room was just what I needed, and was clean and pleasant and the bed was very comfortable. The full Scottish breakfast was excellent. It's a lovely area and close to attractions... More

Lovely hotel, further than we usually travel in the city for a hotel. Staff were very helpful and friendly. As we aren't from the area the hotel were good enough to phone taxi's for us. Room was very spacious as there were 4 of us. Beds were comfortable and room/bathroom was clean. Facilitates within the room were fine but we... More

Stayed for the weekend in this hotel, the staff and breakfast were lovely *but* silly things like the carpet not looking hoovered and the hair behind the bathroom door made me a little wary. Our shower didn't sit in its cradle so you had to hold it - to be fair we didn't have time to say to the staff... More

Stayed just the one night but would definitely go back if I need a hotel in Glasgow again. Great place to stay if you are going to an event at the Oran Mor. Hotel was easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful, room was small but clean and nicely decorated and breakfast was nice with a cooked to order... More
