When we arrived at the lofts we were greeted by very friendly and welcoming staff, who answered any questions we had, advised us of good spots to visit, where amenities were etc. There was always someone on the front desk who always made conversation with us and was always willing to help. I must say these flats are very nice and ultra modern with a superb vista of the city, it is an ex office block and the top bit has been converted into apartments, However the cooker and oven need a clean, the oven didn't work,(only 1 lift was working) the concierge gave had to give me a key to use... more
