This is the usual good standard of Premier Inn. The staff are very helpful and friendly. I stay here often. It is convenient for transport if not driving and is right beside the motorway to Glasgow city and airport. Also near the motorway for Edinburgh and Carlisle. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Loved this hotel, was cheap price and was in driving distance of Forge market and town!! Went to the Barras aswell!! I've never had fault with a premier inn, always comfy and warm!! Staff were very helpful and told us about the buses at night and where to go! Would stay again!

We stayed here when visiting relatives in Glasgow, it was perfect for that. Free parking, great staff and lovely clean rooms. If you want a city break this isn't the hotel for you but as a base for touring its perfect, you're on a good route up to Stirling and across to Edinburgh.

We have used this hotel quite a few times and have nothing bad to say good and pleasent staff, on my last trip We had to leave earlyand I was given the night we never stayed as a refund very good of them we are going back again next week so i would recommend ti to all

Had a one night stay here coming home from airport. Staff were excellent. Inn spotlessly clean. Bed comfy. Brewers Fayre next door for food and drink. Location convenient for Glasgow and only 20 mins to airport. There is a little traffic noise but nothing significant. Would definitely stay again.

I've stayed here many times. It's a budget hotel but I have always enjoyed my stay. Good clean bedrooms with the "Buchanan Gate" Pub and Restaurant which serves up tasty food and very reasonable prices. They do a couple of buffet nights which always offer great value. Ideal for short term stay convenient comfortable rooms Helpful staff and comfortable rooms Lots of parking. All in all the hotel was oh a good standard. The buffet breakfast seemed a bit expensive but with children eating free for families it was good value. The attached restuarant Brewers Fayreb

Just stayed at Stepps PI fro 5 nights and can confirm that, as always, it was a pleasure. The staff, both front of house and housemaids, were extremely friendly but not in your face. The cleanliness, location, setting etc were all spot on for my hsuband and I. Breakfast was fantastic and kept us going all day. My only disappointment... More
