stayed for one night while out in the city, one of the cleanest nicest hotels we've stayed in. Very warm welcome & fantastic breakfast which was served until 10:30 am (perfect for us having had a late night) will definately be recommending to friends & staying here again in future! Very clean & well furnished, very welcoming & a private... More

Stayed here for one night only. We were given a basement room which was adequate enough with double bed, clean linen, and WC / shower room. Nice touch to have tea coffee making facilities, as well as an iron and ironing board that folds-out from the wall. TV reception was hit and miss but we weren't there to watch TV.... More

Just back from a 2 night stay in this hotel. For my needs it was absolutely perfect. Clean, comfortable room, I slept very well and my bed was a double even though I had booked a single room. Shower was great, took me a couple of minutes to get the temperature right as it was piping hot, not a complaint... More

Stayed here towards the end of CWG, it was well located with plenty of restaurants and cafes close by. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The first night I had booked a single room which was tiny but thanks to the lovely bay window it wasn't claustrophic. The next day there were two of us so we had the... More

Stayed early August for a couple of days - this is a fine inexpensive small hotel - very handy for the West End & quite close to the Metro. Best one we've stayed in in the area. Our room was clean, quiet & cosy. Staff were all very helpful & friendly. There's a buffet breakfast - the dining room is... More

I see there have been very mixed reviews about this hotel, and I can see where people are coming from on both arguments. We stayed here twice in a 10 day period. The first stay, we had a basement room and it was dark, brown carpets, and dark furniture, so it was immediately gloomy. I was so disappointed and upset... More

Located just off the Great Western Road, small hidden car park which is difficult to access in a big car. Staff were friendly and helpful. Our ground floor twin room was clean but furnished in a basic manner. The bathroom was in dire need of a refit with bare cement around the sink, cracked tiles, wonky shower door with ill-fitting...
