Just popped in for lunch and was impressed on a number of fronts, The Hotel has not long re-opened after a 9 month upgrade and it shows! lush carpets, large mirrors and complete re-decoration in a mostly tastefull style (not sure about the deer painting in the Restaurant!) Service was prompt, friendly and attentive and the menu is large enough... More

Went for a family meal for my mum's birthday. Food was horrendous!!!! Service was ok , but they still had the cheek to charge us for our main courses even though we complained about how bad the food was!! Very disappointed with the newly refurbed Dumbuck. Two of us ordered cullin skink for our starters , however the wiatress came... More

I stayed here to attend a function. The room rate was £30 though I had to pay £40 as a single traveller. On arrival, there was a woman talking to another customer on the phone. She did say she would be right with me but there was another girl at reception who completely ignored me. It was a good five... More

We just had a very memorbale and pleasurable experience at this hotel. We arranged a party to celebrate our daughters birthday for 70 people. Some of our guests travelled from down south and they raved about how amazing the hotel was, the food was fabulous, the service was fantastic, the staff couldn't do enough for us all and the rooms... We booked a table for 4 for Saturday Evening 17 December 2011, to enjoy the Festive meal on offer and to experience the new refurbishment. If you have high expectations of this Hotel then lower them immediately. Although it looks as though it has character from the outside you will be disappointed when inside. Outside is dark and vast with... More

After reading the reviews of this hotel I cannot believe that I stayed in the same hotel as some of the other people who have written on here about their experience. I have stayed here many times over the period August to November 2011 and found it to be excellent value for money. The staff under the management of Lee,... More

It's new, fresh, modern very chic... Beautifully decorated. Upon arrival I was greeted whom I assume was the manager, who welcomed us, took us to the... More
