I stayed here this week. The reception staff are very friendly, and helpful in a genuine way. Premier Inn is always a good solid performer, you know what your getting. However this is particularly good thanks to the staff working there and for a change quite a powerful shower. Make sure you visit the Merchants Quarter when out visiting in... More

No faults with this hotel at all! Fantastic spacious room, friendly staff and a delicious breakfast!! Family friendly, great central location, great price!! Just because it was cheaper it doesn't mean u get any less in customer service or quality!! Will definitely b back :)

Ideal location for visiting Glasgow - walking distance to shops, restaurants, theatres, and other attractions. The staff were really friendly and helpful and the service was efficient. We ate at the restaurant in the hotel which was good, though a bit overpriced. We were on the fourth floor and weren't disturbed by any traffic noise.

In Glasgow for a family wedding my wife and I stayed for 2 nights and found this hotel to be very central and handy for shopping bars and restaurants, it was quiet, clean with good service and friendly staff and as promissed we had a great nights sleep.

Great location, bars, restaurants, shopping all on the door step. Room spacious and very clean, only thing was the sheet on our bed had a hole in it. ( didn't realise until morning though)! Room over looked an old grave yard, which didn't bother us, we had a great night sleep, no noise from outside, only noise came in morning... More

This was my first stay in a Premier Inn and I was really impressed with it. Arrived early after killing some time (early flight into Glasgow) so asked on the off chance our room was ready, which it was, this was about midday when check-in time is 2ish. Room on the 3rd floor at the front, not noisy (though I'm... More

Great hotel, very freindly and helpfull staff, rooms were clean and the hotel is in a great location (very easy to find). The only thing bad i can say is watch out for the cleaners in the morning! They just walked in at half past 9! Luckily i was up and ready..so i didnt mind too much!

When I arrived at the hotel I was pretty pleased at the location. Not only does the shuttle from the Airport stop literally just up the road, but the Queen Street Train Station is a very short walk away. The staff were lovely and friendly at reception. They did not make me feel to pressurised but made me aware of... More

Staff and location were great. We received a really warm welcome upon arrival and were quickly shown to our room. The only negative to our stay was the fact the room didn't get re-freshed on our 1st day until very late afternoon and we were asked to leave whilst housekeeping cleaned it! The following day we came back to a... More

Our first time in Glasgow and If your looking for a great central hotel at a great price with friendly staff you will not be disappointed. The hotel is a 2 min walk from many restaurants and bars. If you park across the road in the NCP multi story carpark, the price is normally £17 for 24hrs but the hotel... More
