Paid £29 for a family room for a Thursday night, and the hotel couldn't really be faulted. Clean, modern, excellent location for city centre and a 10 minute walk to the Barrowlands gig we went to. This is a good central hotel near George Square. City Tour bus operates 5 mins from hotel. Staff are knowledge and informative. Near Merchants City with its bars and restaurants. Have recommended this hotel to family and friends. Will be back soon! more

Entire hotel is very clean and staff is very friendly. The rooms were very well appointed and the bathroom was clean. We were delighted with the room. The breakfast was excellent with a great choice of food. The service wad good and the people were friendly. The room was clean and fresh with a great bed. The bathroom had plenty of towels and you could buy extra washbag. The downside was no free wifi. But to conclude xa great choice more

Stayed at the premier inn Glasgow George square for 1 night as we were going to a concert at Hampden park that evening. When we arrived people were queing up to check in, just as i thought it would take forever to get our keys 4 receptionists appeared at the same time and dealt with everyone in a very efficient... more

This hotel has to be one of the best hotels for location in glasgow. Large immaculate rooms with a well appointed bathroom, no noise at all and friendly staff. We did not eat our breakfast there so I cannot comment on it. more

Fancier hotels on George Square definitely suffer from the street traffic noise, so the Premier Inn just two minutes away is a better choice - clean and refurbished rooms, as you'd expect (good en suite, tv, tea/coffee, duvet, extra pillows) and the self-service breakfast is as good as you'd find anywhere in a hotel chain.
