Check in was smooth. The staff was polite. The hotel is within walking distance to the train station and the pedestrian zone. We spent a couple of nights here on a weekend break. Hotel is close to the station by the Clyde - so a short walk to drop the bags having arrived by the excellent Pendolino service.
