we booked a triple room but someone else decided to come with us and even though the hotel said they had no problem with changing our booking to two twin rooms, Gala hotels agency refused. It took a snotty email from me to their complaints department to sort things out. When we got to the hotel we were told breakfast... More

Very welcoming front desk staff.Large clean room and we even had a bath too! Good location as well as very close to Buchanan Street bus depot. Enjoyed breakfast as it wasn't all buffet style.Made a pleasant change.Would stay again.

Recently enjoyed a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. The whole family very much enjoyed our evening meal. I prefer the new arrangement at breakfast where you order your cooked breakfast. It means that everything is fresh and piping hot. We will certainly be back.

very handy for all city centre amenities but its location is quiet. Large comfortable rooms, nice restaurant and all in all a good place to stay. Wi fi sometimes cuts out but it's only a minor glitch. The staff were pleasant and helpful. An ideal place for a short city centre stay or if doing business in the city.

Booked into hotel on Saturday 13th Dec, we arrived around 1030 and hoped our room would be ready. At the reception was Darren, what a really helpful guy he was, our room was ready and we were quickly booked in. We ate in the hotel on Saturday night and it was a brilliant menu and the food was superb. Breakfast... More

We checked in but were told if we wanted a room now we would have to pay for an upgrade. So we agreed. Unfortunately we agreed to a night of no sleep. Our upgrade gave us a "city view". With that we paid to be kept awake the whole night by the windows rattling with every gust of wind. I... More

Headed out to do some shopping knowing that we could return to Hotel and drop off bags at anytime. We were eating out this time... More

centrally located in Glasgow, very close to shops, museums, restaurants and public houses. choose this hotel due to its locality. Two twin rooms booked for a two night stay one on 1st floor and other on 6th, room on 1st floor didn't have a great view - looking out back of hotel onto other buildings, the room on 6th floor...
