My wife stayed with you a few weekends ago and she had a worrying experience. The hotel itself is excellent especially the bar and restaurant however this was all changed by the worrying lack of security during the night. I work in health and safety and for my wife to send me a picture of the Night Manager, the person... More

Good location for central overnight stay. Nice welcome although we were asked if we'd like to pay for an upgrade, said no, then got told we had been upgraded anyway which seemed a bit odd and felt a bit like we were just being tested to pay more. Room was big though although a bit short. I'm not that tall... More

I enjoyed my two night stay very much. A great, central location and a comfortable room/bed to come back to at the end of a long day's sight-seeing. I found the staff to be friendly and very helpful and I thoroughly enjoyed the quality and variety on offer at breakfast. I'd just like to add, I loved that wallpaper in the... More

Our room and bathroom were very clean, with a comfortable bed. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was combination of continental and Scottish, the fresh croissants were lovely. Through the hotel you get a 25% discount on parking rates at nearby Q-Park. Location is reasonably central.

We stayed here for three nights. It is a modern hotel with slightly better than average style and accommodations than generic corporate hotels. The things other reviewers have written do not need repeating, Great location. Noisy night life, if the weather is warm. It was exceptionally warm while we were there.) Good seating area in the rooms. Pleasant staff. Reasonably... More

Stayed here for two nights with with my wife and four friends. One of the couples was lucky enough to get a room upgrade to an executive suite. This room was on two levels and seemed very spacious. The other rooms were nice but not as roomy. The beds were comfortable tho only double beds. The room had tea &... More

Marks hotel is located in the city center, close to the main shopping areas. The staff is friendly, the rooms are nice and clean. As mentioned in an other review I agree a larger bed would fit very well and would be appreciated. Breakfast is standard. Wifi is, as should be, free.

We were staying with a tour, arriving late in the day. The rooms were nice, I must say the wall paper was eye popping. The beds were comfortable but the pillows were rock hard. Our window faced a brick wall with an alley or walkway below and allowed little air circulation. It did make a good echo chamber though, amplifying... More

This hotel would rate as good value tourist class. The hallways were a bit of a warren but the rooms were very clean and furnished smartly (if you ignore the wallpaper). Location was central and staff pleasant.

Spent a night here as part of a deal including dinner and breakfast. The hotel is very well placed for the shops and bars around Sauchiehall street and the staff are very attentive and friendly. The room we had on the seventh floor was bright and airy and my only criticism is that they could have fitted in a king size bed...
