Seriously, the wallpaper. It will blow your mind. We really loved this location, and the price was certainly easy to handle. The front lobby is... well it isn't really a lobby, so at first I had an "OMG this is going to be like a hostel" fear, but rest assured it is very nice once you hop in an elevator!

I cannot really discuss about the value of the hotel. My other half booked it but assured me it was very cheap. We stayed on the 7th floor in room 703 and the view of the city skyline was the best feature of the room. The room itself was a good size, clean with all the things you come to... More

We got stuck overnight and this was a very last minute booking. The staff were very helpful. Check in was easy, room was quite small but had a lovely bathroom. Will return in the future . We didn't have breakfast but dining room looked busy and had a nice selection.

I booked this hotel as a surprise for my fiancees birthday. We were in Glasgow to see a band and needed somewhere to rest before and after. We arrived at the Hotel with ease. Its a short 10 minute walk (in the rain for us sadly) from Central Station. Check in was really easy, and we made our way to... More

Stayed overnight for a city visit location couldn't be better easy access to city attractions and near to transport hubs. Hotel was clean staff very helpful and room was large and well equipped. Breakfast was good but would rather get a pot of tea or coffee than it be available at the buffet. We would definitely use this hotel again... More

Stayed overnight in Glasgow for a concert found this hotel very central and very reasonable especially for a week night. It has rather an unusual layout but staff were welcoming and it is clean and tidy. The colour scheme is a bit dated now very large pink flowers on wallpaper are not to my taste but the quality of the... More

We were greeted by Mabel in reception with her usual friendly smile and welcome it was great to see her back again. James and Robert looked after us extremely well in the dining room as did... More

We stayed at this hotel for four nights. As we wanted a centrally located hotel this really did fit the bill.It was what we expected.Do not expect 5* luxury for the price you pay.The room was clean and comfortable although I would say the mattress on the bed was of poor quality. The mattress and pillows were too hard for us so... It's fine. It's location is good and staff are friendly. Clean. Free wifi which is sadly unreliable. The decor in the corridors is simply horrendous. Coffee facilities are good as are the toiletries. Would stay again. Only noise was a bloody bag pipe player over the road which I can't blame on the hotel !

Dear Reviewer, Thank you for taking the time to comment on our hotel, I'm glad in general you had a pleasant stay. I'm sorry you encountered issues with the Wi-Fi, this isn’t a comment I hear often and I'll investigate this with the provider concerned. I do hope we see you again in the future. Kind Regards, Karen Burke More
