We stayed here when attending a concert becaust the location was ideal, a two minute walk from the SECC, and the price was reasonable. The room and bathroom were very small and cold but clean with plenty fresh towels. The staff were aloof but mannerly. After being in the room for ten minutes, the fire alarm sounded for aprox 30... more

I chose this hotel together with other collegues as it was near the SECC where we were attending for a conference. We were misled by the picture shown on their website. The bathroom was sooo cold with no heating. The airconditioner in the room never worked. During our 4 day stay the bathroom was barely cleaned although fresh towels were... more

The Campanile has nice modern rooms that are clean and quite spacious. We were very comfortable there. However, I wouldn't recommend the breakfast. It's about £7 but you'd probably only want to eat the cold buffet selection (worst hash browns I've ever tasted!) In terms of location it's not the most conveniant unless you're really involved with the exhibition centre.... more

Great Value.

My partner and I stayed overnight at the Campanile to see a band play at the nearby SECC. We were initially attracted to the Hotel as it is very close to the SECC (a two minute walk at most) and was very good value. £55 per night for a double room. The rooms are small but clean - the bed... more

This is a basic clean comfortable hotel. The location is the selling point though just a short walk <5mins from the SECC and a fab Chinese restaurant just at the door (Zen) . Unfortunately having seen Coldplay at the SECC the night before for our anniversary ,we fancied a lie in but were rudely awoken at 8.30am with drilling in... more

We had booked to stay at the Premier Inn, Charing Cross. Unfortunately, P I was experiencing probs with their fire sprinkler system, prior to our arriving. All adjacent PI family hotels were fully booked. The Campanile was suggested , although it was slighly more expensive. We found the hotel to be modern and clean. The facilities were more than adequate,... more

This hotel is perfect for concert goers @ the SECC and only a short taxi ride from the centre. The room was small but had everything that was needed for a two night break. We breakfasted in the hotel too and a full Scottish Breakfast for £7.00 was excellent value. However the jewel in the crown is the restaurant on... more

We stayed at the Campanile Hotel for three nights recently. We could not fault the hotel on value for money. The rooms were quite basic but were extremely clean with a good spacious shower. We had a small problem with the bed but once we brought it to the attention of the receptionist it was immediately rectified to our satisfaction.... more

Booked this hotel through booking.com for a weekend in August. £100 for 2 people for 2 nights. No breakfast included, but it didnt bother us because the tea and biscuits in the room kept us going until we got breakfast in the City Centre. The hotel: very good location to city centre - took us 20 mins max to walk... more
