If you want city centre do not book this hotel it is a 30 minute walk to city centre and we don't walk slow. If you are not bothered about location and want to see museums then it is better located for kelvinhall musuem which you could walk to.

Decided on a last minute overnight in Glasgow and booked this hotel. Just okay just about covers it. Reception ok. Room ok, scuffed walls, carpet coming up in sections in room. Clean enough, basic but served a purpose. We had to request hand towels as the hotel don't do them as standard so got 4 bath towels. Not somewhere to... More

Staff were very friendly staff. Great location, cheap taxi in to town for night out. The hotel and our room were spotless. Excellent value for money. We did not eat in the hotel so I can't comment on food. Overall very happy. :)

The front desk staff were friendly and welcoming, and we were able to check in early. The room was quite nice. There was some mold in the bathroom, but it was clean otherwise. Our room was vey quiet, which was nice. Breakfast was pretty good. The parking lot is huge. Decent location outside of the city centre. Just a short... More

Stayed here overnight with a friend for a concert at the SECC on 27.6.2014 Our twin room cost £87.40 and I tell you it definitely was NOT worth the price ! ! ! The furiture is very cheap looking ( looked like it was from Argos ) The wardrobe was the smallest wardrobe ever. Cupboard was worse ! The bathroom... More

Breakfast was better.. This hotel is... More

Budget hotel fantastically located for the SECC. A short walk across the road. Breakfast was good. Beds were good. This is a good choice for a budget hotel. Spotless room with a good shower. If you get a good price this deserves a five star for value!

There really is no better placed hotel than this for visiting the Hydro or SECC - free parking, warm, friendly check-in and spotlessly clean rooms. Had Dinner here too which was lovely and good value for money. Drinks are not over priced and the staff are friendly. Breakfast - only had continental - but good choices and plenty of it.... More

We stayed here recently as part of a weekend visit to see a concert at SECC. The hotel is right next door to the venue and was ideal for our purposes. Reasonably priced, spotless with comfortable beds and with friendly and professional staff, we could not fault it at all.

This hotel is handily situated for any gigs/events at the SECC or Hydro. Nice hotel, comfortable rooms, I've always had a pleasant stay. Nice restaurant which has a good self service breakfast. If you don't drive it is about a 20/30 minute walk from the city centre. Or save your time and get the train from Central Station to SECC,... More
