Everything about the room was fine in it's self. The biggest let down was the Restaurant. We were served burn't dried out Hamburger which we couldn't eat and it was obvious the staff didn't want us to be there. 7 pm must be too late for the staff at this Hotel. Front reception staff could not all speak English so... more

That i think, sums up the Campanile.A large group (19) of us stayed there last weekend & none of us had any major issues with our stay there. We arrived on friday night after a £20 taxi journey from Glasgow airport & check in was reasonably quick & efficient. Our room wasn't huge but was immaculately clean & had all of the comforts... more

Stayed over for 1 night. Good location, room ok for length of stay. Customer service standards lacking. Staff member at check in spoke very quiet so difficult to hear. Very procedural no chat or informal welcome, very little eye contact making us feel we were intruding on a private party. On checking out, staff member dealt with another customer then... more

We stayed at the Campanile as part of a Trafalgar tour. Check in was super fast and easy. The hotel's location isn't the greatest if you're in town to sightsee. The views from the hotel are pretty dreadful; you either face a parking lot or an empty dirt lot. The rooms themselves are basic and clean. The TV reception was... more

The hotel was located relatively close to the centre of town. The rooms were small and the beds have wheels so they move around. Not fun! The breakfast was decent. I was there as part of a tour so we only spent one night in Glasgow. more

Shoebox sized room with mattress, carpet & television all in need of replacement. View of building site with associated noise. Pleasant helpful staff. Not particularly convenient for city centre but adjacent to SECC - the only reason I can see for staying there. more

Stayed for the second time for conference at the SECC. Chose it as it was the closest to the SECC that is great value for money. This time I was given a disabled room, therefore the bathroom was adapted and spacious, tho I would have prefered a normal room. Toiletries were basic as expected. Bed was comfortable. Tea/coffee making facilities... more
