I would not recomend this hotel to anyone. Shabby decoration, our room was terrible, in our bathrooom was an internal soil pipe with a plastic bag over the exposed end, the taps on the sink wobbled when you turned them on, toilet stained would have needed bleach in it, floor not clean. Noisy at night, at breakfast I asked for... more

We got a good deal but there was a lot to find fault with. It was clear that chamber maids only did the bedclothes - after a couple of days we had dirty cups, no milk , no biscuits and eventauuly no toilet paper. Tv stuck on subtitles but i could not bother to complain so the next person will... more

My wife and I stayed here for one night. It was clean, warm and friendly. It needs a bit of updating. If you only need a one night stay, in the city, and cheep I would recommend it. For a romantic holiday you may be regretting it. more

I must say I was very worried about staying at this hotel after reading the reviews. To be honest I don't know what people have to moan about. This hotel was totally fine, ok it is a bit dated but it was clean, staff were very friendly and eveything in the room worked fine. I stayed for one night following... more

We stayed here for 1 night and the hotel is below average .The Good part is that the hotel is located just 2 min from the glasgow central station, very close to argyll street where most of the shops like Primark, M& S, debenhams etc are situated so it become very convenient for shopping. The bad part is, the hotel... more

We stayed for one night as we were going to a concert at Hampden. The room was not bad value for £50.There's a lot of stairs and no lift so would not recommend this hotel for the elderly. Was very noisy too, even at 1am in the morning.Would stay there again if travelling to Glasgow. more

Stayed one night at the beginning of the week. Never plan on staying there ever again. Room was dated and TV didn't work. No details about hotel services. THe bathroom was horid (broken toilet seat obviously hasn't been fixed). The breakfast was very limited and when i got the toast i discovered the mouldy butter portion. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! more

This is a good choice for Glasgow if you are on a budget. The rooms are generally about 40GBP per night which is an ok deal. Staff are helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was very filling. The location is also very central. more
