It was dirty , noisy and the shower fan was so loud I thought there was something wrong. First impressions going into hotel was nice entrance , warm and clean. I arrived at top of stairs to check in and eventually a man took our name and gave us a key card. He pointed to upstairs telling us ehere our... More

Location is great, staff are friendly enough, the room we stayed in,was on clean and spacious. Breakfast was tasty. Downside the load of stairs, Internet only works in the bar area. And sometimes during the late hours there's strangers standing outside the hotel :/

Me and my partner stayed here for 1 night, thank goodness it was only 1 night. It was so awful & dirty i would advise no one to stay here,EVER! We paid £49.00 and it's not even worth that. Can't comment on breakfast as we got up and left first thing.

Stayed last night , hotel is in an ideal location for exploring the sights of glasgow centre. Bedrooms were clean and tidy unfortunately our room faced the street outside and the noise was a nightmare. The tray for hot drinks did not have any white sugar, the bathroom was very clean although the tiling could do with being re-grouted ,... More

Stayed one night with a friend in a first floor double room. Checked in at one pm, sat in the lounge for five minutes until the receptionist checked our room was ready. The room was clean, beds clean and very comfortable and there was a selection of tea coffee bottled water and biscuits more than enough for two people. The... More

Room has been vacuumed but walls and curtains were so dirty that I was afraid to touch it. Courtains were more yellow than white with fingers on it. Horrible stench from the bathroom have been crawling into the room with no way to stop it. Very cold bathroom, one soap and shampoo for three persons. Wifi breaking down from time... More

This is a good central hotel, clean and tidy but lots of stairs. The reception is on the first floor and the rooms are on floors 2 and up - so it was a bit tricky with a child, a pensioner and 3 big bags. We had a room at the front of the hotel, which was abit noisey from... More

First floor room. Poor lighting, not that clean...cigarette ash on inner windowsill yuk. Bathroom....seat needs replaced, broken and worn....a bit like this hotel. Breakfast .....poor. The outside noise was terrible...went on until early morning. Only good thing was the staff...welcoming and pleasant.

This was my first trip to Glasgow, to see some old friends I had not seen for many years. The location is quite good, right by Central Station, but I walked right past, as the entrance is quite small. The staff at the reception (up 1 flight of stairs) were helpfull, the room itself, up another flight of stairs was... More
