Didn't expect much after the reviews I had read. stayed here for 1 night after a concert. had room 101 and it was bigger than I thought it would be. The bed was clean and very comfortable, plenty of clean towels in room and a tray with tea, coffee and bottled water. bathroom was clean too. The room was quiet... More

I stayed here on a one night return visit to Glasgow. Ineeded to be close to Central station and it was perfect. Dont be put off by the dingy exterior. I must have asked for a quiet top floor room for i was dispatched up 4 flights of stairs to an attic room. Now im an oldie so it was... More

The hotel is old-fashioned and has a lot of stairs, but the staff was pleasant and the bathroom seemed to have been updated in our room. The pillows are small and flat but they will give you more if you ask. The location is very convenient, right at the station with every shop and restaurant you could ask for within... More

We stayed here for 2 seperate nights over Easter. It's located on an extremely busy and noisy street. The hotel itself is tired and dated. The walls are paper thin and there were signs that some of the locks on the doors had been damaged and replaced. The windows need replacing desperately. There is no lift which was fine for... More

Me and my friend stayed there for 2 nights. We got the room which matched our request (quite and on the third floor). And a bonus point for friendly staffs as well as nice breakfast. The only minus point was no wifi in our room (actually they have wifi but you won't be able to connect if your room in... More

I stayed here for a night with my 7 year old Nephew. The room was lovely, comfortable and immaculate. The tea/coffee tray was good. The shower in our room was very good, it looked brand new. Breakfast the next morning was lovely, plenty to choose from. My nephew, usually a fussy eater was well accomodated. The staff were very friendly,... More

I was given room 105, a tinny room next to a smelly the hotel storage area. The room had almost no place to move even just for one person, the bed was uneven and below a windy window... it was like camping in a cave. I did complain and using an an english expression, the feedback I go was more... More

I have to begin by saying this two night stay was value for money due to the price and the central location in the City centre. The bed was comfortable and we both got the extra pillows we requested. The breakfast, whilst not spectacular, was decent enough and the staff were friendly. However, where the hotel lets itself down in... More

This hotel was £44 for a single room on a Saturday night which was really reasonable. For the price, my friend and I were very impressed. Clean rooms. Nice en suite shower rooms. Negatives - we only had one pillow per bed. The rooms were pretty noisy being right in the centre of town on a Saturday night! But great... More

Amazing value for money considering it's in such a central location in Glasgow. I think we had a recently refurbished room which was very spacious and spotlessly clean. The modern ensuite had a lovely double size shower but unfortunately it drained very slowly so it became like a paddling pool! the complimentary tea, coffee, biscuits, bottled water and toiletries were...
