The hotel room is very clean and nice rooms. Staff very friendly and helpful if you need anything extra. The breakfast is good as well. Is very good value for the money. Free and big parking are close the main entrance.

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I recently got married here and stayed the night while my wife stayed the night before also. Nothing was too much for them during the event so very happy to recommend them. The rooms were nice and clean and the food was very nice too. My wife was also so pleased... More

Had a 1 night stay and glad to leave. We were given a small, dated room in desperate need of upgrade facing the front of the hotel. There was no water pressure in the shower and what did come through was either too cold or scalding hot making it very dangerous. The noise inside and outside the hotel from guests... More

A bit of a mixed bag but the staff were extremely helpful. We stayed for 5 nights in an unusually warm week in April and found it impossible to fully turn off the central heating in our room on the first night partly because a two inch heating pipe ran through the room without any insulation. The double glazed windows... More

Hi I would like to thank all the staff at the king park hotel for making my special birthday event a wonderful night. I would especially like to thank Sonia for all her support in helping me with all the arrangements. The hotel has recently went under major major changes and the princess suite where we hosted the party was... More

Staff very friendly. Rooms dated, but it looks as though they are slowly upgrading the hotel. The 24 hour cocktail bar was unstaffed on occasion and never busy. Food was good and room clean, although need upgrading.

Having just looked in, with a wheelchair bound friend, for a beer/coffee the staff could not have been more helpful/accommodating. Quite dated from the outside, both the cocktail bar and the main, sunny spacious and comfortable, main bar and restaurant were really most inviting.

From the outside the Hotel looked run down, but the interior was better. My room was on the front and it was clean but small. The evening meal was very nice and the staff are really good. The morning breakfast was great and good value. The room with breakfast cost me £48 which was great value for money. The hotel... More
