My wife and I stayed here for two nights. The staff are it's best asset. It's location is by a busy dual carriageway. We had room 112 which is central first floor at the front. We did notice the traffic noise. The room was reasonably sized, clean and comfortable. Staff were warm and friendly. I would stay here again for... More

One nights stop, as up in Glasgow on business. Photographs look great, photographs don't replicate my room. As previously stated, the walls are seriously paper thin, the lady in the next room was talking, I could hear every word. bathroom was 'pretty, but the loo pressed against one wall I had to sit (check spelling!!) sideways, the shower was so... Stayed here for a night on business and thought the following. Bad - plug in bedroom hanging off wall, dated decor throughout, limited menu, location, card payments only at reception. Good - clean, tidy, bath in room, piping hot food, pleasant staff, free unlimited wifi, free parking. Overall after paying £39 for b&b I thought the hotel good value for... More

The staff were very friendly, the service was really good and the food pretty good too. For that I would have liked to have given it a good but it was just that the walls in bedroom were paper thin and we could hear everything being said in the room next door and the bathroom could do with a refit.... Stayed here for one night as visiting my sister in Glasgow. The room had three single beds squashed in but it was clean and adequate. The bathroom was basic and the shower was not very good. Went to the bar for a drink and this area was very cold and unwelcoming. The rest of the hotel functions rooms looked very... More

Stayed for a week on business, service was terrible, food cold because it gets carried through reception to the dining room. Waiter appalling company advised to cross of their list. Management do not even respond to complaints. Absolutely disgusted wit the hotel. Staff training in customer care would be an advantage possibly.
