I stayed here for 2 nights as I was down in Glasgow for a course. The room itself was fine, small with no window (which wasn't a problem) comfortable bed, ensuite shower room, free wifi, really friendly staff and a lovely breakfast! The thin walls were a huge problem. The first night/early morning I was woken at around 4.30 as... More

A group of us stayed the first weekend in May 2013. This place is amazing value, cannot recommend it enough. We had 3 rooms, all fantastic. The staff are AMAZING!! Within walking distance of the main train and bus station. Close to Tesco metro, cheap pub, and places to eat. There were 10 of us, and everyone enjoyed their stay... More

Stayed here 19th April for 3 nights , great little place friendly staff good wifi reception AND free! decent price for a decent place , just one thing , my room never had a window! would recommend this place and the museum across the road . Taxi from central station only £4.50 otherwise it's a LONG walk!

A great value for your money. Rooms are small, but large enough to stay a couple of hours each day. Breakfast was nice and made fresh. Staff was friendly and helpful. It's on a small hill but very close to the centre (10 minutes walk). Would stay there again.

We stayed here for one night The place is very basic and no complaints regarding the quality of service or the staff One small comment is that people do check radiators, TVs and wardrobes for dust. Cleaning schedule could be improved on especially in downstairs rooms However the bed linen was meticulous and the towels were clean. The staff were... More

Stayed here before Open Day at University of Glasgow as it's pretty easy walking distance. Staff really helpful and friendly, room clean and comfortable (we were upgraded to a bigger room with a choice of beds!), breakfast cooked to order. It's not the Ritz but I'd happily stay here again - good value.

One staff member in particular was very nice and cheerful, location of hotel is fantastic for any city centre activities. It was quiet throughout the night and the shared bathroom was clean although needing a bit of TLC. The whole place needs a facelift: corridors dark and unpleasant, small room was fine but door let in light from all sides... More
