We ended up in this hotel last-minute as we had a terrible experience at another hotel. The staff were friendly & helpful, our room was absolutely beautiful considering the low price paid for a City Centre hotel. The proximity to Central Station was very handy. stayed 1 night could see that the building was getting refurbished on passing traffic bedroom moved that scared woke husband up and asked to leave ended up staying awake , plus side staff polite and helpful and room decoration was fine

I would come back here in a flash,helpful reception staff,nice room but nothing fancy,plenty of tea and coffee and with some nice cookies too,excellent help yourself breakfast and 2 minute walk to central station is fantastic,what more do you need in a city center ???

We were a group of girls on a party weekend, the hotel was lovely the staff were brilliant Couldn't be more helpful! The breakfast was good and hot. The rooms were large very clean nice little touches like water and cookies, clean towels.would defiantly recommend!!!

Wonderful Staff at Reception, allowing us to check in earlier than usual. Hotel room is big and bed was soft and comfy. Breakfast was awesome with bacon and sausages and plenty of juice.
