I was in a tiny room next to the goods lift and the walls seemed paper thin. I could easily hear people talking in their rooms across the corridor as well as the music from a wedding downstairs. I was stunned when we booked into this hotel, thinking it would be a high standard (given the high price). The parking is rubbish, the room was not ready until 3.30pm in the afternoon. A friend and I spent a couple of nights at this hotel and we found the staff very friendly and helpful. We had dinner in the Westend Grill and the food was lovely, breakfast was very good too! The room was massive but the beds were far too hard, that was the only down side. more

Stayed for one night and didn’t spend a great deal of time in the hotel. Most aspects of it were good, with good staff, a clean room etc. However the room was a little small. more

I wanted to stay in the west end area and this hotel was the best option. To be honest I did not like it. The room was small and a bit dated. I wasn't impressed. more
