We stayed at the Hotel for 1 night to go to the Eagles concert at Hampden Park. We had stayed in the Hilton (4 star) in Isle of Man 2 weeks ago, but this experience was light years ahead! Every detail was taken care of, from the "looking forward to your visit" text before we left home with an offer... more

My friend and I stayed in this hotel for 2 nights last weekend to attend the Take That concert at Hampden Park. From the minute we arrived until the minute we left our experience at this hotel was fantastic. As we arrived around 2pm for check-in we were greeted by Niaomi (who if she isn't an events manager then she... more

We decided to spend a few nights in Glasgow (having never visited before) on our way up to the highlands and having stayed at Premier Inns before, we decided to find one in Glasgow. This is, I believe, the only Premier Inn in Glasgow with its own free car park, which is something of a bonus in a city. Hotel... more

Thank you so much for your kind words. You are correct we are one of the few city centre hotels in Glasgow with free car parking for our guests. I am truly pleased that you enjoyed your stay and I do hope we will see you as our guest again next time you are in Glasgow! Regards Jeff Palmer General...

As a Sales Manager for a large blue chip company, I spend more than 4 nights per week in hotels, for more than half of the year, every year. I have been staying with Travel Lodge for many many years until I discovered a little gem on the south side of Glasgow. I had seen the tacky advert with the... more

We have changed from using Travelodge to Premier Inns for our budget hotel requirements, as we find that Premier are striving to make the stays more comfortable with great success. The room was comfortable and the facilities acceptable (but why oh why does every budget hotel always have insufficient tea and coffee available in the rooms for more than 2... more

I stayed at this hotel for one night around the middle of October 2008 while attending a concert at he Barrowlands which was about a 10-15 minute walk away. It is in a pretty good location, only about a 10 minute walk from the city centre, it is easy to access the airport and easy to find from the North.... more

Very poor service from this hotel and some of it's front desk staff I'm afraid. In all my years of travelling and staying in hotels, I have never experienced anything like this. The hotel front desk staff gave our room away (which we had booked in July incidentally) to someone else! Background - when my partner and I arrived to... more

Dear TA Member, Please accept my sincere apologies that the service you received at our hotel was less than world class. I can assure you that I am well aware of your situation and have personally addressed this with our team in an effort to make sure that this does not happen again in the future. I can gurantee that...

Stayed here for a holiday in August. The hotel is Fab, close to everything, and the staff is amazing. They only have showers but they are great. Food is good and decent portion sizes. I will stay here again. more

What you would expect from Premier Inn really. No frills, but clean and tidy. Staff ok. Stayed 8 nights and my shower was cold a couple of mornings and a bit tempremental. Don't think any of the rooms have baths. Restaurant is small and gets very busy, you can't put food onto your room bill which is a bit annoying.... more

Thank you so much for your review. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed your stay with us. I am however upset to hear that you did not have hot water each morning. If you do remember what room you were in and could let me know I would be happy to look into it. Also the pictures you...
