The noisiest night we have stayed anywhere with screaming/ shoting from drunks in the Square until the early hours of the night. I guess it was Friday but minimal double glazing in our club romm was ineffective. Have a great stay in this city hotel. The staff were helpful and friendly. We had the best breakfast I've ever had in a hotel! The car park was full but we were advised to use the NCP across the road by the receptionist and didn't have to pay as we moved the car before 8am. I'd definitely go back... more

had a 2 night break at this hotel when attending a concert in glasgow , very central located next to railway station which was ideal for us lovely spacious tidy room. had evening meal in dining room which was very tasty but service was quite slow however there was a wedding on that day which may account for this more

I stayed here for one night whilst my husband was on business in the city. We had an upgraded room which was very large and inlcuded a beautiful bathroom and a walk in wardrobe. It is very central for the shops and nightlife. Breakfast was wonderful and the staff very friendly. I would certainly stay again if in the city. more

A hotel in a very good location at the city centre next to the best shopping streets in Glasgow. This hotel is rated 4 stars--perhaps it was 10 years ago, but no longer. The A/C was a joke. The hotel was tired !It really needs upgrading. more

We were traveling with 4 adults and 2 children (ages 5,6). We booked 2 triple rooms. When we arrived, they claimed they didn't have the children listed, but they'd get cots sent up. When I inquired later, was told all the cot beds were reserved due to a concert. It was noisy, drunks singing on the street at all hours... more

We missed the last train so got a walk-in rate of only £79 room only which we thought was very good value for the quality and serviced received. We had a standard room which was facing the back and the station (but not really very noisy). If I had booked in advance I would have preferred a front facing club... more
