Very helpful staff on reception - great rooms, nice breakfast (not everything on the card was on the menu) and waiting staff were lovely. Room service a bit unappetizing and some items unavailable that should have been. Great room quality - partic. in club rooms. Would have liked firmer pillows or memory foam.
