We missed the last train so got a walk-in rate of only £79 room only which we thought was very good value for the quality and serviced received. We had a standard room which was facing the back and the station (but not really very noisy). If I had booked in advance I would have preferred a front facing club... more

I stayed twice coming and going. Good points - ideally placed for airport bus. Bad points - the £10 charge for breakfast on my first stay ("special offer reduced from £15") was a rip-off for the usual buffet stuff, with unspeakably bad scrambled eggs. Second stay: the lighting in the bedroom was inadequate, just rather dim lamps in various places;... more

We stayed 3 nights at this hotel and it was great. It is directly across from St. George Square, where the hop - on and hop - off bus stopped twice on its route, and is next door to the Queen Street Rail Station. The tourist information centre is right across the square and there is lots of shopping/restaurants/bars within... more

Great location close from everything. Friendly staff. The bedroom was very large and the bathroom was great. We were next door to Queen Station so we could hear the train announcements but overall it was ok. Really worth the money and would stay there again. more

The Millenium Hotel sits right on George Square, next to Queens Street Station and so is well located for nearly all of Glasgow. I usually stay at the Radisson in Glasgow but couldnt get in there so was booked into the Millenium. Initial indications where great when an efficient, friendly check in ladie allocated me a club room. Disappointment hit... more

I recently stayed in this hotel and was disgusted with the room i was put in. It was shoe box with a single bed although my confirmation stated a double bed. The room was so small and dark with a small window that rattled in the night. When asked to move the staff at reception had no customer service skills... more

This was a difficult rating as Staff were ***** and Room was ** Really enjoyed our stay here, with the exception of the room which overlooked Queen Street station and was postage stamp sized, whereas the bathroom was enormous. This is obviously not the hotel's fault, just a fact of the building's origins. Likes: Staff, Location, Bar, proximity to Queen... more

Great location in centre of Glasgow. Minutes from shops, bars and public transport. Good spacious room. Bed very squidgy though! Discounted parking at the NCP three streets away. more

Just stayed at the Millenium Hotel in Glasgow. Lovely 4* hotel, very central to all touristy things like shops, pubs, restaurants and sights. Staff are extremely helpful and friendly. The hotel facilities are good. Nice bar area. Pleasant eating area overlooking George's Square. Prices not too bad for a 4* hotel. Breakfast are marvellous. Enough choice to satisfy anyone's taste.... more

We stayed at the hotel over Easter weekend. The service was very good from the start, we arrived early and the woman on reception was very helpful, taking our bags and promising to have a room ready ASAP. She also asked if we needed any help regarding what to do whilst waiting for our room. When we went back a... more
