Ashton Bed and Breakfast is located in an excellent location just a stone’s throw from the popular Ashton Lane restaurant/bar district. It is also very near the Hillhead tube stop. We found pay parking right outside in front of 27 Ashton Road. Our room was adequate and the Georgian home is most interesting. Located right on the fringe of Glasgow... More

We just returned from 2 1/2 weeks in Scotland with the Ashton in Glasgow being our first stop. We loved the owners and had a very delightful stay in their clean, comfortable B&B. Both Marion and Frank were so accommodating and helpful. It couldn't have been nicer. The location is perfect and within walking distance of so many things that... More

The location of Ashton B&B, just around the corner from the popular Ashton Lane in the West End of Glasgow, just doesn't get much better. The house is beautiful, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the metro stop is just a short walk from the front door, and the owners, Marion and Frank are some of the sweetest people you'll... More

We stayed with the lovely Marion at the week-end and just loved it. From the moment you walk in the front door and see the beautiful tiled hallway and big sweeping staircase you know you are somewhere very special. Great room, lovely hostess and fantastic location. Just don't tell everyone or they will all want to go!

We found a very friendly and accommodating staff and a great breakfast (plenty of calories). We were traveling with friends and they liked their stay too. Being close to the Kelvingrove Museum was a big plus as it is just a 15 minute walk. We would definitely stay again.

We located the Ashton Glasgow on Tripadvisor and so glad we did. Clean, comfortable and so pretty. Breakfast was great. It included cereals, yogurts, fresh fruit, hot croisants, jams, toast, juice, coffee and tea! The hosts Marion & Frank are super sweet people. The location cannot be beat. Around the block is a little cobblestone street called Ashton Lane which... More

Stayed at Ashton House for one night while we left our daughter to university. It is very conveniently located near to the university area and is right in the heart of the bustling west end. We received a very warm welcome from our host who was able to advice us about local shops and restaurants. The room was spotlessly clean... More

At the time of writing this B&B was rated 10th in Glasgow, which is either an injustice or Glasgow must be the B&B capital of the world! Ashton Glasgow was quiet, roomy, immaculate and great value. Hosting was extremely friendly and breakfast was excellent. The location can't be beaten, in the pretty west end of the city with a variety... More

Would support the views of other reviewers and thoroughly recommend. We booked the Ashton at short notice and were very pleased. The room we stayed in was a good size, and comfortable. Shared bathroom, but that didn't present a problem as there was only one person in the other room. Big selling point is location - right in the heart... More

I spent 1 night at ashton glasgow. On arrival I was met my Marion who was friendly and welcoming. I was shown to my room a double at the back of the house. The room was spotless well decorated, a comfortable bed with good bedding which made for a good nights sleep. The room looked onto ashton lane which was... More
