Very nice and quiet hotel located directly at the river. Staff, rooms, breakfast and service was perfect and recommendable. Don't miss out a scenic morning run along the river up to the maritime museum and back accross the bridges - certainly a highlight in Glasgow.

We stayed two nights here and thoroughly enjoyed the stay albeit with a few minor issues. The hotel itself is a good size and sits right on the River Clyde. It's walking distance to the amphitheater and to the bridge walk that connects towards downtown Glasgow (the bridge walk is covered which is nice when it's raining...which it often does... More

Dear Amex Traveller Thank you for your review. I am delighted you found our staff to be friendly and enjoyed your stay. I am sorry that you found it noisy when you opened the window, this is certainly not normally the case as the majority of feedback compliments how quiet the area is at night. Kind Regards, Brian More

Had a lovely stay in The Hilton Garden Inn in August. It was my Hen Doo and my girlfriends and I came back from the city center in 'the wee hours' and the hotel staff were lovely. The beds were super comfy and unexpectedly quiet, as the hotel is situated by a busy road. Lovely decor. clean and fresh rooms-... More

I stayed here with a friend for the commonwealth games. The rooms were really small but clean. Hotel is well placed for the venues on the Clyde. You can be at the SSSC, Hydro and the Armadillo within a few minutes walk. It's a short drive to the town centre but a wee bit far to walk so if you're going somewhere in the town centre I'd suggest you stay elsewhere. The whole place is clean, staff... More
