Small friendly hotel very well placed in Merchant City. 5 mins from Argyll Street and George Square. Rooms are small and basic but clean. Iron and hairdryer are provided. Good powerful shower. Breakfast is £4.95 if not included in price. Did not have it as plenty of cafes nearby. Stayed for two nights and found bed comfortable. Not much room... More

The hotel has a great central location, walking distance from the train and bus station. I would recommend this hotel for someone who is looking for a place to sleep and have a shower. Excellent if you want to go out at night. Very simply designed, great prices even in December. As for the cleanliness, there was a little bit... More

Stayed one evening late November. Numerous inviting restaurants and friendly bars on your doorstep, also very close to an overwhelming array of retail outlets. Rooms a wee bit on the small side but very comfy. Lovely atmosphere in the bar. Had breakfast there the following day and was served by quite possibly the happiest staff in the world! This was... This was a great find for a group of friends on a weekend trip to Glasgow. In Merchant city and close to all bars and restaurants! The rooms are really clean and modern, there is also a great cafe bar that stays open late for residents.

This hotel is a convenient budget hotel right in the centre. The staff are very friendly, There is nothing that they wouldn't do for us. Rooms are very small but OK for a one night stop over. The bar/restaurant offers a welcome wee dram on arrival and has a very friendly atmosphere. The only draw back was that the main... More

This hotel was reasonable price for a Saturday night in Glasgow City Centre. Check in easy and staff very friendly. You get a free drink at the bar and 25% off Q park parking round the corner. The rooms are clean though extremely hot (fans included) the family room we slept in did not have the world's most comfy beds... More

First and foremost the rooms are small - the hotels own website tells you that. However the rooms are clean, quiet and well laid out considering their size. The adjoining bistro (which doubles as the breakfast area) has good food, reasonably priced - a mix of Italian and Spanish small plates with a good selection of wines and beer. The... More

Room is small but thats all you need for a wkend break & it was spotless with everything you need. Breakfast was good & the staff in the morning making us... More

The good points... A central location making it easy to walk wherever you fancy. Cheap (we paid £50 which is not bad for a city centre location). Clean... I know you should expect that but if only it was true of every place I have stayed in! The bad... The décor in the corridors. Honestly, could they possibly have found... More

Staff very friendly, food downstairs nice but we did not enjoy our experience. There were road/footpath works outside our room 2 mornings from 8 am and they were constant. The only morning they hadnt started, we could hear every single word of our neighbours next door in their room, also constant banging of doors. The room was tiny, we could... More
