Stayed here for one night with my wife. Located on the 12th floor so great views. Parking easy to find straight next to hotel. Bit shocked that on arrival the bar opened at 17:00 as never encountered this at a premier inn before but no major deal. Room was ok, few loose bits of carpet and bathroom not 100% clean... More

I was on a business trip and I chose the hotel, because of its location. The reception staff was accommodating and polite, even though i arrived quite late. The room and bathroom appeared to be clean. Had lovely views, as I was staying on a top floor. I only had breakfast in the hotel; there was a wide range of... More

Stayed in this hotel last May with my partner. You very much get what you pay for here. Relatively clean medium room, shower and toilet. The buffet style breakfast could have been better with more selection but again it wasn't a very expensive stay so naturally we were not expecting the Ritz. Staff were pleasant enough and were all quite... More

Me and my partner stayed here last weekend, the staff there couldn't do enough for us they were all very polite and very friendly from the reception to the kitchen/ diner staff right down even to the cleaners whom don't get mentioned enough. I not once heard a moan or groan about anything they helped to direct us to different... More

Excellent hotel in prime location close to Sauciehall Street and city centre, but sufficiently far away from the hubbub of the city centre. Good value for money and friendly staff are a big bonus. Very convenient for publication transport - it's above Charing Cross station!

Stayed in this hotel on two occasions between Christmas and New Year, and yet again found it totally adequate in all departments, rooms, breakfast and bar all to a very high standard, staff very nice. One of our favourite Premier Inns, we shall return soon.

This hotel is a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The staff were helpful & friendly. We were on the 11th floor with excellent views. The rooms are a good size. The breakfast selection was excellent. A good nights sleep as usual in a Premier Inn. The bed was super comfy too.

Stayed in Premier Inns a few times and you know what you are getting. Neutral, unlikely to win any design awards but a comfortable hotel room which usually represents excellent value for money if you just need to get your head down. This was one such situation where I reckoned I would be awake for around 30 minutes in the... More

Great location for the City Centre and very reasonably priced. Room is small but if you're only staying a night or two it's no big deal. No noise problems at all and great view from the 10th floor. This is the second time we've stayed and will definitely use it again. All staff were friendly and a good breakfast too.

Stayed here for 2 nights, a mixture of business and leisure trip. Staff changed our room for one with a view - at their initiative, not our request. Bedroom was roomy and the bed very comfortable - a good sized double. Even though close to M8, on the 6th floor we had very little traffic noise and no noise at... More
