It really is good value for money and I have to say that as its only three stars it really delivers, I wouldn't expect anything amazing out of a three star place anywhere. Comfy bed and safe room with coffee and tea... and a bath!! Couldnt ask for more. more

Glasgow was in transit, so only spent one night in the Argyll Guest House. Demanding people does not recommend a small, cold rooms, with windows vista in the next room. We took the #905 bus from Paisley Airport to the corner of Derby and Sachiehall St. and from there the Argyll was less than a block away. The staff is pleasant and helpfull and there is a lift available to bring your luggage upstairs. We found the room clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Although the Tourist Centre B&B map for Glasgow locates the guesthouse within a 5 minute walk from the center, the actual location of the guesthouse is not there at all!
