Good location as we were attending a concert at the hydro, only a 5/10 minute walk to the hydro pretty easy to find. Good breakfast in the morning and very pleasant staff in both reception and dining area. The room was fine although personally I would've hoovered the carpet a bit better :O There is no lifts so if you have... More

Situated slightly towards the West end of Glasgow, about 20 minutes walk to the town centre. Just around the corner is Kelvingrove Park. Also short walking distance to Kelvingrove Museum and the University of Glasgow. Place is clean. Basic. Staff are helpful.

Clean Hotel nice decor but after staying on saturday night found that possibly was more for Hen/Stag nights. Was noisy in wee small hours! Breakfast was nice and plenty to eat if you wanted it and the service staff were very polite. No parking facilities but found a space around the hotel where usually resident parking permits apply mostly

The Sandyford hotel is located in Sauchiehall Street, in a very trendy area of Glasgow, of the west End, at walking distance from the University. The hotel is clean and welcoming. The double room was large enough, but very, very basically furnished; in the bathroom there was not even a stool; no hair dryer; towels (old and ragged) are not... More

Just back from an overnight stay with 7 friends. Room was lovely, quite modern and a decent size. Staff were really friendly and helpful. We were on the ground floor and slept with window open but It was very quite. Only gripe was we were positioned all over the hotel with 2 being at the very top. No good when... More

This hotel was just ok. I kind of feel that some of the staff really don't what to be there. I am a seasoned traveller and realize Europeans ,for the most part , find North Americans obnoxious. I get it. However, I also am in the service industry. People from all walks pay decent $$ to stay at places like... More
