Recently refurbished, a very well priced hotel for a city center. Rooms well appointed and clean. Breakfast was acceptable and the service was very quick. I have stayed here both socially and on business. A 15 minute walk into the center of Glasgow. (No bar)

On advice, we stayed for two nights. As a keen viewer of "Three in a bed" and "Four in a bed" on TV, I suppose I realise that I'm quite a fussy guest. Having a painful knee, I was unhappy about the climb to the top floor and asked if a move was possible. The receptionist was most obliging and... More

Great Hotel for Glasgow, near west end, the new in place, good for Kelvingrove Museum, Botanical Gardens andTransport Museum also plenty of good restaurants. Staff very helpful. Very clean. Its just out of the Hustle and Bustle of the city Centre so a little bit quitter but still enough life for everyone to enjoy. Please go. Its £6.00 one way... More

Friendly staff, convenient location a few minutes walk from Kelvingrove Museum and on to the West End. Bus stop close by for city centre. We stayed in a four bed room which was a good size, although the en suite was very small and in need of a bit of an update. Breakfast was fine and very efficient. Overall what... More

We stayed there, in February when we visited our son who studies there. Clean, comfortable with helpful staff. Great breakfast in a cosy dining area. The location was great as it was quiet, in an area full of some great restaurants! Close to Kelvingrove park, art gallery and museum. A bus ride away to the centre of Glasgow and a... More

We spend around 4 days in Glasgow and found the hotel worth every penny. Very hospitable staff, great breakfast and very good location to explore the city. Only thing you need to be careful is the weather around winter which was rainy and troubled moving out with a pram.

We have used this before when it was the townhouse. We booked in and the staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel has been decorated since the last time and we found it very clean and tidy, the breakfast in the morning is nice and hot and fresh definitely stay there again. It is only a 10 min walk... Found this hotel for New Years eve, and stayed 2 nights, 3 adults in a family room. The room was very spacious, clean and tidy, breakfast was of a good standard, staff helpful and very friendly, local to city centre maybe a 15 minute walk, Also staff supply parking tickets £4.00 per day. All in all good value for money.

Stayed here for one night on our way home from a visit to the Hebrides. We booked two rooms, and were not happy with one of them (quite dark). Changing to a brighter one was no problem. The employees there were very friendly and service was very personal. Rooms were clean and redecorated recently. Location is exactly between the city... More
