Had a very comfortable night in this little gem of an hotel. Staff were lovely, the room was very nice. Bed was so comfortable we forgot we were not at home , slept really well. 'The pipe majors' breakfast was great , hope he didn't mind. Will be back the next time we have a concert to attend..

We booked this hotel as we were attending Celtic Connections in Jan 2014 and the piping centre is the venue for the late night sessions. The hotel did not disappoint. the room was fine with nice tartan decor. Due to the celtic connections event venue was very lively. There is a small bar/restaurant which is also where breakfast is served.... More

Second visit to Pipers Tryst which is in a brilliant location just minutes from the centre. The staff are so friendly and helpful and genuinely appear to love their job. We had a superb leisurely breakfast with daily newspapers supplied - another good touch is being able to leave your bags after checking out to collect later.

We booked this on a recommendation from friends and were not disappointed. The staff were very welcoming, the room was lovely, really comfy bed and the room was spotless. It was an ideal location for visiting the centre. To finish our visit off we had a lovely breakfast the next morning. I would highly recommend this hotel to friends and... More

We were visiting some friends in Glasgow and had a recommendation of the restaurant so decided to try the hotel rooms. The hotel was clean and neat. A little hard to find, but well worth it once we were there. A lovely stay!

We arrived in Glasgow by bus, not knowing where we were. This hotel is a very short walk from the main bus terminal in a fantastic location. The rooms are clean and adequate size . The staff are super going out of their way for two weary travelers. The Piping Museum is interesting. The location is directly across from the... More

The hotel is centrally situated to Sauchiehall St, Buchanan Galleries and the Style Mile so is at the heart of the city yet is a quiet intimate place to stay with a unique bagpiping centre/museum within the same building. Lots of restaurants and pubs nearby as are a couple of theatres, cinemas and a major bus station handy for further... More

My husband and myself recently spent 1 night at the Pipers Tryst and can honestly say it is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Check in was very quick and the Manager very friendly. When we arrived we were a bit concerned about the possible noise as our room was to the front of the hotel, but... More
