Love this place, the food is superb. The prices can be a bit over the top sometimes but worth it great location in Glasgow. The restaurant has a real scottish feel about it. The service is superb and the food same. We would recommend this place to anyone if you are looking for a nice quiet meal in a cosy... More

Located next door to the National Piping Center, not far from downtown. Small but immaculately clean room with crisp white duvets, extremely helpful staff who seemed eager to tote our luggage, and a wonderful restaurant below. We had an early train to catch for Oban on the morning of our departure and the kitchen staff sent us off with food... More

We got married here on 17 May this year and have been told by so many of our guests that it was the best wedding they have ever been to! We thought it was going to be a good day but it was amazing. Caitlin helped us book our big day and we were lucky enough to have her on... More

We had a wonderful wedding here last year- a relaxed and fun filled day with family and friends. The staff ensured we had a worry free day and that all our guests enjoyed it too. They took time to get to know us before the wedding, paid attention to our preferences for the day and no request was too much.... More

A beautiful hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. Very quiet, comfortable and well appointed rooms. A fantastic standard of meals in the Scottish tradition. We staid at the hotel before and after our wedding. The staff throughout the wedding and our stay were highly professional and could not have done more to help and assist. A hassle free experience.... More

recently got married here and have nothing but praise for the amazing staff. Gemma, the general manager, met with me and my fiancé on several occasions before my big day to discuss every little detail - and to put my mind at ease that everything would run smoothly... and it did! All of the staff were amazing and I felt... More

I stayed here on business just after the Commonwealth Games. It's clean, warm and inviting. The girls on reception and bar are lovely and helpful and it's very convenient for central Glasgow. I didn't eat there but my experience was 100% positive and I would recommend to anyone - love the tartan in my room! I will stay again. Yours... More

The Pipers Tryst ruined my wedding. They completely messed up my table plan which spoiled the meal. They were unapologetic and very unhelpful on the day. The rooms were average and they did absolutely nothing to make our room special for our wedding night. STAY AWAY!

Thank you for taking time to write this review almost 14 months after your wedding. We are rather stunned and upset by your comments as at the time (June 2013) you left us with the impression that you had a lovely wedding day. In regards to your seating plan, we clarified back then, that it is normal practise for guests... More

We stayed here because of attending a party being hosted at the Piping Centre, of which the hotel is a part. (No, we did not hear bagpipe rehearsal.) There are only 8 rooms. They are small but beautifully decorated with tartan prints, and the bed was the most comfortable we had on our trip. The breakfast that is included is... More
