Grasshopper Hotel is a great little place. Staff was like family by the end of our stay! Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. They are a little small, so next time we would probably get the Deluxe Room. The breakfasts are super and a great bonus. The hotel is right next to the train station, which makes it perfect... More

This hotel is located immediately adjacent to the Central Station in Glasgow. Don't miss it - it is small, trendy and comfortable. Our room was well-appointed and comfortable. But, that's not all. The small dining room is bright and there is a wonderful "reading room" for guests. Wifi is robust. Staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel also has a... More

We booked this hotel after reading reviews from others. Would thoroughly recommend it. It is in a great location for the centre of Glasgow, being right beside Central station. You could quite easily miss it as it is in another building and you take a lift up to the 6th floor. Parking is available in a nearby carpark at a... More

Had a little difficulty finding the hotel as it is tucked away on the top floor of office buildings, with only a small sign on the outside. However, once inside it is lovely. Our room was small, but perfect for a 2-night stay. It was spotlessly clean, with a small ensuite shower room and the decor throughout the hotel was... More

A friend and I enjoyed a Saturday night stay in a twin room - well a double and single bed - for £95 for B&B for the 2 of us. The room was small but with a large shower, windows that open, ceiling fan and comfortable beds. There was adequate storage space for a night or two's stay. The hotel... More

Excellent city location near the main train station and easy walk to all the city sights. The accommodation is located on the 6th floor. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The accommodation itself is modern, bright and very clean. The only issue we had is there is no designated parking for the hotel outside the front door so it... More

A quirky hotel situated on the 6th floor of old railway offices doesn't sound that amazing but trust me the level of service that you receive in this hotel really differentiates it from the rest. Everybody was so helpful and considerate to my every need - early breakfast, advice etc. The staff were amazing; stay and have a wow experience!

This hotel delivers. It does what it says on the tin. You want a bed to sleep in in the middle of Glasgow and they provide one. Simple. It is modern, stylish, clean and cheap. You wouldn't want to stay there for a week but you're not going to. One, two nights - perfect. And the breakfast is lovely. A... More

There are pro's and con's with this hotel, we found it difficult to get into the building. The hotel is basically the top floor of an office block. To enter the building initially you have to buzz and someone lets you in. We waited about ten minutes constantly buzzing but had to response from reception, luckily one of the office... More

My wife and I stayed here for our first two nights in Glasgow and really appreciated its central location and comfortable facilities. The room was smallish but well appointed with a typical European bathroom added on. Nice breakfast and friendly staff who were ready to help with any question. Really, it's the staff that can make or break a hotel... More
