Ideal location for theatre, quiet hotel, we booked 6 months notice as a twin but ended up getting a double as "we were last to check in", offered breakie to make up for it, but, as we party all night this was no good, however, to be fair, we did get £25 off next booking.

Hesitantly I booked to stay at Travelodge as my usual hotels in Glasgow were full. Such a great experience. Efficient, friendly reception staff member, Immaculate room, perfectly adequate space for my requirements. 30 minutes complimentary wifi worked well. One of the most comfortable beds in the whole world! Peaceful night. Tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Bath had effective hot... More

Room really comfortable, but stay made by staff on reception who were excellent. Entrance is a bit low rent, but accessible enough for Sauchiehall street and the like. The room was a mix of the old style Travelodge teamed with the new stripey decor.

Refurbished and therefore a perfectly acceptable comfortable hotel for a budget stay. Handy location just behind Sauchiehall Street and near Buchanan Bus Station. There's also a traditional Scottish fish and chip cafe opposite, if you fancy trying the local Glasgow fayre! Staff friendly, rooms good, no problems with noise. Good.

A very warm and friendly and personal welcome made my day. the lads on the front desk really were excellent. After staying at the fussy and pretentious Radisson last time in Glasgow this was a welcome change. When you are just after somewhere to get your head down for a few hours after a night out, this was spot on.

Chose this Travelodge as we wanted a reasonably priced hotel in the city centre and that's exactly what we got. Prior to check in we had an issue with the adjacent multi storey car park as our vehicle was too high to enter. When I enquired with the hotel receptionist about alternative car parking he arranged for us to use... More

As others have said, this is a decent enough, basic yet comfortable and clean place to rest your head for a night or two. The staff, however, were above average- at least during my stay- all whom I encountered being so friendly and willing to help! The front desk staff gave me walking directions on more than one occasion, evening... More

Typical travelodge , easy to locate , right in the heart of city centre , convenient for shops, pubs, restaurants and also for highland tours. Rooms are average but no complaints as the prices are reasonable . Good for a quick city stay when you just want a room to spend a night . Walkable distance from the train station... More

I stayed here for one night on a business trip, on first impressions, a nice clean, bright hotel that has just received a very good revamp. I settled in my room, comfy bed and quite roomy. I went down to the bar for my evening meal, and went for the 2 courses and a drink for £12.75p. Which I thought... More
