This is an absolute gem of a hotel - a true boutique hotel. Firstly the staff - friendly, personable and genuinely helpful - from the front desk (Cher and Kerry are fantastic and so an amazing job!) right to the waiters (Alison is still working there after all these years) to the cleaners. I asked Kerry for a recommendation for... More

Let's say it was really disappointing for several reasons. First, no porter to help with luggages and no cart available. So, if you're with lots of luggage, probably not a good hotel. Second, hard to find. I've used a local limousine service, but the chauffeur did not know where the hotel was. It took a while to find the place.... More

The Indigo is a comfortable, modern hotel, close to most attractions and the city centre without being in it. We had a room at the back and it was very quiet. We stayed for 3 nights and found the staff friendly and helpful, the room nicely decorated with good amenities and would recommend this as a place to stay, especially... More

Hotel Indigo was in an excellent location, literally a 3-4 minute walk to the Central Train Station. We were also walking distance to all the shopping areas: Sauchiehall, Buchanan, Argyle Streets. We arrived about 9 a.m. and were shocked to be told our room was ready, even though the website says check-in is in the afternoon. Our room, although not... More

From the moment we arrived and were met by Felix the concierge and a lovely receptionist to the second we left everything was special. We could not have asked for more. Wonderful hotel steeped in as much history as Glasgow itself. Only wish we could have stayed longer to sample some of the restaurant delights. Marvellous. Great to have customer... More

I struggle to decide whether to give this 4 or 5 stars - if TA let me I would probably have opted for 4.5 It is a really elegant hotel in the city centre. It cost me very little more than the Holiday Inn I has stayed in recently but is much much better. It is also much better than... More

We visit Glasgow frequently, the Hilton was our preferred choice in the past but it felt a tad tired on our last visit so we opted for a change. I was concerned regarding car parking but it wasn't a problem, a well maintained multi-storey is located yards away - cost me £25 after the Hotel discount for two nights parking.... More

Hotel Indigo was our first and last night stay (in different rooms) and overall it was a disappointment. The service given by staff was impeccable but that was it. The rooms were OKish but there was evidence of cracked tiles in each bathroom; the air-conditioning seemed (at least to me) difficult to control - we could freeze or be hot.... More

Booked this hotel via Tripadvisor after reading the reviews- we were not disappointed! Staff were were warm and welcoming. Thank you to Felix the Concierge . Great location and within 2 minutes walking distance of Central station. A lovely romantic way to spend our anniversary in our home city which can sometimes be taken for granted! Some beautiful architecture inside... More
