The hotel is very conveniently situated, close to the first stop on the airport bus after leaving the M8, also not far from the railway stations and shops. Staff are in the main professional and polite (though the receptionist who made a joke at my expense should perhaps have thought before he spoke). I was pleasantly surprised that street noise... Reception staff were quick to help with our cases. Our room was ready even though we were very early. They made helpful suggestion on were to go and what to see in the city. The room was bright and clean. Bathroom well equiped. Complimentary mini bar with soft drinks and chocolate biscuits. Centrally situation and bus to airport stops outside... More

Plus points are good location, friendly and efficient staff, pleasant public areas and rooms that are what you expect for the money. Like all hotels, improvements would be made in the rooms for relatively little capital expenditure if their designers had to live in them for a week. But we were not dissatisfied overall and would not rule out a... More

Wow this room was elegant. In room the fridge were FREE ( !!) waters, chocolate bars, and chips. So impressed. I've been to hotels where they booby-trapped their fridges so if you even MOVE anything around, they automatically charge you a mini-bar usage fee! The staff was helpful and friendly and they kept a bowl of fruit on top of... More

Very nice and stylish hotel, although part of a bigger chain it feels different which is a rare sight. Staff very professional and quick, room was large with modern look & feel. Only stayed for the 1 night, didn't have dinner and stayed out late so this review will be short... Even with the limited exposure however the experience was... More

Thought we'd pay another visit after previous excellent visit for our anniversary. Glad to say hotel still maintain it's high standard. Lovely room, we'd upgraded this time but that's not to detract from the standard room which is lovely too. Cracking breakfast, very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely return again, can't fault it.

Booked here for its versatility for getting to Glasgow by both the train and car. Check in was very easy and had a great reception from Colm. Very clean room, fab shower and nice toiletries (Aveda). The complimentary soft drinks, water and caramel wafers were a great touch. Easy to get to restaurants and city bars. Breakfast was mainly self... More

This is my second visit to The Hotel Indigo with a Garden Tour. This hotel is our first night in Scotland after a very long flight from the US and again the service and welcome we get is first class. We arrived on a Sunday very early after a fully booked Saturday night and the staff did everything possible to... More

I stay here with work regularly and it's always good. The staff remember you, the rooms are good, not a bad size, comfortable and really nicely decorated. It's modern but not clinical and in a great location for the centre of town. Breakfast is really good. The only reason I don't give it 5 is the evening food menu, not... More

Stayed here on a quick business trip to Glasgow and was not disappointed. The Indigo is right in the middle of Glasgow and parking is only across the street. The team are very welcoming and helpful. Rooms although not big are comfortable. The bed is very comfortable. Rooms are very clean and to top it off, the minibar is complimentary... More
