We stayed here for the weekend while attending the Still Game Live At The Hydro. This is fantastic hotel to stay in. Staff are friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in was a double standard, it was spacious, clean with a great view. We didn't eat at the restaurant but we had a nice few drinks in the bar... More

Good value for money hotel that does what it says on the tin. Comfy bed and adequate room. You pay for what you get so don't complain if you're expecting Crown Plaza and not paying for it. Only complaint is my shower head was too low as it was broken and held on with a pipe clip. Apart from that... More

Only stayed for one night before heading to the airport the next morning. Although this is called 'Glasgow airport', it's about a ten minute journey to the airport itself, so a taxi was in order for ourselves which reception booked for us at check in. The staff were courteous and polite and explained things clearly. The room was what you... More

This is the first time I've stayed in this brand of hotel but must say I was pleasantly surprised. The room is comfy and well appointed, comfy bed, decent shower. The hotel is about 5/6 mikes from city centre (£15 by cab) or £4 by bus that stops about 3 minutes walk away. (Service 23). Braehead shopping centre is 15... More

Just needed a hotel near the airport and this had rooms available. Nice, clean and modern with very friendly staff. Perfect for a night stop over and close to the airport (10 mins) , and not far from Glasgow City centre. 5 minute walk to a large sainsburys and a pub across the road that serves reasonable food

To be fair i paid £64 for a room with breakfast which isn't to bad, the hotel was clean and the rooms comfortable, I had a good nights sleep, however and I'm getting fed up with this, the wi-fi was appalling, come on hotel managers upgrade your routers and network it doesn't cost that much and surely we deserve better... Hello Jon, Thank you for your review. I'm pleased that you were happy with the hotel and had a comfortable nights rest in our supremely cosy beds, before tucking into our new and improved breakfast. Our WiFi at CampanileGA is free and unlimited, the speed of which, admittedly can sometimes be lower than that of other hotels but unlike most... More

Due to a number of health problems needed the hotels cooperation ahead of and during the visit. Excellent response all the way throughout. Our thanks to all involved at the front reception in particular. Large airy clean bedroom. Bathroom spotless. Only negative comment - to be taken in the spirit intended. Disappointed that were unable to get snack or sandwiches... More

Hi Paul, First of all thank you for your review! I will enjoy relaying your comments about the cleanliness of our rooms to the housekeeping staff, who are consistently a credit to the hotel. Unfortunately due to lack of demand we do not currently run a lunch service. However, there is a great selection to choose from at 'The Steam... More

Having booked this hotel last November, we were amazed upon arrival to be told the hotel was over booked and we were to move to another hotel miles away......the manager claimed he had tried to contact us the previous day to inform us....surely you do not discover the previous day that you are overbooked for the following 2 days. We... More

We stayed for a week during the Commonwealth Games. and would highly recommend this hotel. It was good value, the rooms were spacious and clean. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. The location was good, not too near the airport but with good road links. Handy for other local facilities including a good out-of-town shopping centre, family dining... More
