Had my daughters wedding reception here and although the hotel could do with redecoration thats the owners responsibility and not the staffs. The rooms are clean and the bed was comfortable. the staff couldnt have been more helpful in every way especially Nikki and Paul. All my party were happy with the accommodation and also the wedding meal service, although... More

I stayed here one night on business and although I asked for a quiet room, it was beside a motorway. I dont think this hotel has a quiet side. Even though I got a room beside a busy road, I did sleep and I think it was due to the comfortable single bed I had. The room was basic but... More

Booked due to price..... Should have paid the extra for a more comfortable sleep. The room was so hot we couldn't sleep. To be fair it's Glasgow so air con is not found in many places. We called reception to be told there was nothing we could do and as a minimum I would have expected money of the bill... More

I have read the reviews but to be honest if you book this for £35 how,can you expect the Hilton its, absolutely fine for the price almost as good as a travel lodge or Inn but half the price. I would, come, back again and I have stayed in best hotels in the world, and, the worst and this is good for hardly, any money

We stayed here 25-28 June 2014. I chose the hotel because of its location and that it welcomes dogs. Very easy to locate on Paisley Road with plenty of free parking. We had a family room with a double and single bed to give us more space for 2 large dogs. The room is fine, nice beds but the bathroom... More

The exterior is one of the most depressing, unprepossessing ones I have ever seen. Had it not been for the Swallow Hotel sign it would have been easy to mistake it for a 60s factory or office block. No obvious front to the building, tatty looking car park and main entrance hidden away. Our book in was for 2pm but... More

Stayed for one night before a wedding. Friends had recommended the hotel and although it is a little tired the bedrooms were clean, bed very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful. I would definitely stay here again if I was... More

Stayed at this hotel on 21st June '14, and had some reservations after reading some previous reviews. This hotel is in DESPERATE need of a refurbishment. It has lots of wallpaper peeling away from walls, a lot of gaffer tape holding carpets down, and is generally just in a very tatty state. My stay didn't cost anything as part of... More

i got a free nights stay here and i can tell you if i'd paid for it i would have asked for my money back and gone somewhere else. the staff on reception are friendly and helpful' place looked dated but ok. the lift was a nightmare and should be in a museum, as should all the furniture in our...
