Terrible experience of this hotel while staying in Glasgow on business. My regular hotel was not available, and so I spent a week here with colleagues. i visited this hotel with my parents and my disabled daughter. the hotel itself is just ok but not value for money. quite a distance from the city centre if that's what you want. i found the staff very unfriendly and unhelpful with old people and disabled people. the food in the restaurant was ok but not value for money.... more
