The beds were very uncomfortable. I did not sleep well either of the 2 nights I stayed there. My brother and I each had separate rooms. There was no heat in his room and we did inform the woman (Hina) who was working there. She indicated that she turned the heat on but the hot water pipes still did not... more

We were offered this hotel as an alternative after arriving at our original hotel (within the same hotel group) to discover that our room was unavailable. It may look alright from the outside, but inside it is in very poor condition and suffering from damp. On arrival we were asked to pay the full amount of our stay without having... more

I was rather hasty in booking this hotel. It appears to have good reviews, a number of 5/5, and as finding a hotel can be daunting at times, I booked this one in a rush. When returning to this site I noticed following a number of very poor reviews were quite a few 5* reviews, with recommendations for everyone and... more

The bathroom was very clean..clean.. clean..clean.. The bed was really comfortable "which is RARE" , we just couldn't believe that finally we had found a place with a comfortable bed which... more

This Hotel needs a good vaccum clean. The tea/coffee making facilities in our room had a dirty cup and out of date UHT milk. The window frame was rotten and black, the ceiling light only had one working lightbulb and was covered in cobwebs and we were awoken by the sounds of a fight in the middle of the night.... more
