We stayed here for 2 nights whilst exploring Glasgow. For this the location is great, being within a couple of minutes walk from a tube station that took you to the heart of the city. The road side parking is free but it is a busy spot and it might be somewhat easier to find a space in the evening... more

We can't say enough about this wonderful little hotel. The location was PERFECT. It's on very quiet little street, but yet right in the heart of the West End. The rooms were immaculate, too. We are neat freaks...and this room was CLEAN! The staff was so friendly and accomodating! When my wife's hair iron wouldn't work...the receptionist gave up her... more

I stayed here with my husband for two nights. The receptionist was unfriendly during our stay but the room was worse....we had room 9 on the ground floor....the view out the window was the utility room, yep there was no view! We were next to the kitchen and utility room...so we had to keep the blinds and curtains shut throughout... more

This hotel is located in the West End of Glasgow. It is a close to the underground station & on a regular bus route. It's a mile or two to the City Centre so that is easily walkable. The single room was small but comfortable & well equipped. It included tea/coffee facilities, TV, Clock/radio, fridge & hairdryer. The shower room... more

I am not joking when I say we found bed bugs... plural. We stayed at the Albion hotel last month. We stayed in the family room that had two single beds and one double bed. The rooms looked nice, but when I woke up and went to shower, I found a bed bug on my shirt. We called the manager... more

We stayed at the hotel for two nights. The hotel was warm and cosy and very clean. The English breakfast was excellent. The location near the Kelvin Bridge was ideal for bus and metro links to other parts of the city. There were many good restaurants nearby. Kelvin Park and museums were within walking distance. Street parking was free. more

If you have a few days to spare and really want to explore Glasgow on foot or by public transport this is the perfect location. It is in a quiet street right beside the Kelvin River near the Kelvinbridge Underground Station on the Great Western Road: which leads on the right to the town centre and to the left the... more

Very clean and friendly hotel. I was impressed there was free parking so close to the city centre. Then again Im from London. The hotel does exactly what it says on the tin. Very reasonable price too. more

I booked the hotel due to its proximity to the University. It was good value for money. Rooms were clean, if small and unexcitedly furnished, but what one expects in a three star hotel. Breakfast was good. Staff were very friendly. more

My mum and I booked in here for a week when I was having my flat, which is just round the corner, renovated. Let me tell you now, that this is excellent quality for a budget Glasgow hotel. The staff were very helpful and, typically for Glasgow, friendly and talkative, and catered to our every whim. I was leaving very... more
