I stayed here over night as I was attending a late night concert nearby and the Jury's hotel I normally stay at was fully booked so this was my nearest option!! Never stayed at a Premier one before and I would defiantly would go back and try another Premier Inn elsewhere. Its in a superb location, some traffic noise can... more

Dear Guest, Thank you for your kind response. I always think the King size beds are a pleasant surprise to most customers & I personally enjoy the Hypnos mattress. We will continue to do our very best to maintain our high standards & seek to improve the guest experience. Kind regards Colin Richards

had never stayed in a Premier Inn, but we were pleasantly surprised. Rooms were clean, modern and tidy, staff were very pleasant and helpful. Good choice of breakfast and location close enough to the city centre and SECC. Not sure why others have commented on the area as we experienced no problems whatsoever and navigating around the city was easy... more

Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to comment on your recent stay. It is always nice to get comments from guests who are new to the Premier Inn product & I am delighted we met your expectations. Please note we currently have 5 properties in NI, two in Belfast city centre, as I note you were over from...

This is a clean and tidy non expensive hotel right in the city centre, with friendly staff an excellent breakfast and pleasant surroundings, your room key card works in the lift above floor one which I thought was novel. more

Many thanks for your comments. I suppose its always nice to hear positive feedback regarding things which you are trying to improve. The security feature in the lifts has been well received by everyone but its also great that you acknowledge our breakfast. We are constantly looking to make improvements to enhance the guest stay. Kind regards Colin Richards

I was staying in Glasgow for New Years eve 2009, and we needed a cheap hotel in a central location, and I was plesantly suprised with this hotel! I did not book untill well into November, and was expecting to pay atleast £100 a night (we have done New Years eve in Edinburgh before and getting a cheap central hotel... more

Many thanks for your comments. All the Premier Inn team continue to pride ourselves on the quality of our rooms and thankfully independent reviews and our customers have noticed. We also continue to make progress in other areas and our breakfast is also such an area. More products have been added to complement the full cooked breakfast and we have...

My wife and I stayed in this hotel from the 11th to the 16th of December 2008. The hotel and its staff were great. We dropped the expensive breakfast in favour of excellent sandwitches from Tesco just across the street! We will definitely stay here again when we revisit Glasgow! more

Its always nice to respond to guests from outwith the UK and I'm glad you enjoyed your stay. I'm delighted all the team took good care of you during the stay but if you need anything, like an additional chair, that is not automatically available we are always looking to assist. Kind regards Colin

I thought the hotel had been recently refurbished which was nice. The room was clean and comfortable (nice big comfy beds and clean linen etc). However, there was no proper heating in the rooms (just a plug in heater) and the bathroom was freezing! It was a particularly cold weekend (-4 on the Sunday afternoon) but I would have expected... more

Many thanks for posting your comments and we are so glad that you found our beds very comfortable. So good I'm told that even the Queen herself has a Hypnos bed. I regret that the A/C / heating units that we did instal during the refurb have caused us problems and despite having additional heaters in all the rooms delays...

Well, was over for two nights for my stag, and it is a great location to stay in Glasgow if you arrive at Glasgow Central - less than 5 minute walk away. Went for a drink in the bar the first night before going out. Was very quiet, but perfect for us to sit around a chat with a beer... more

I am usually pretty fussy when it comes to hotels, and find it hard to find anywhere I dont mind staying on budget! But we were in Glasgow for one night for a wedding, and thought we would go with cheap and cheerful. The hotel is well located for the train station, and only a 5 minute walk to the... more

I have stayed in many Premier Inns over the years and I have to say this has been by far the best. The hotel is very conveniently located to Central Station, and is only a 5 minute walk to the delights of Buchanan Street. Check in was very efficient and courteous. I had been given a standard room and it... more
