This is not a very well maintained Premier Inn. Be ready to drag your luggage once you reach the hotel.I had traveled form India and had over sized luggage. Struggled with them for a while. If you are staying here book the breakfast in advance.Vegetarian sausages are an awesome option. Somehow the hotel has a gloomy feeling and I did... More

Stayed at this place for a night. Hotel was easy to get to, barely 20 mins walk from queen street station. Check in was smooth. Dinner was nice. Breakfast was good as well. Not noisy at all and rooms were clean and well prepared. Had ti turn down the heater as when I entered the room it felt like a... More

This is hands down one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The room was beyond shabby, absolutely boiling hot and smelled of wee. It also had twin beds, not the double I'd requested. I asked at reception to change to a double (sans smell) and, to be fair, the receptionist was very helpful and allocated a new room.... More

We arrived and were told about the breakfast, how the card works in the lift and the goodnight guarantee. When we got to the room it was nice and warm which I was happy with :) The room was spotless and comfortable. For paying £29 I'm very happy. We weren't in the hotel all night as me and my partner... Room was stuffy with a smell. Air circulation was bad, ac in whole hotel was down ( cannot believe this). Was too late to find another one when we had a late check in. Friend was suffering was asthma due to the air. Windows had to be opened but the noise was outside, which my room was near the road... More

This is a nice central hotel with modern and warm rooms. Breakfast is tasteful and decent. The staff is really helpful and kind. It is really central for someone who wants to discover Glasgow monuments but also for highstreet shopping. I recommend this hotel for business but also for leisure travellers.

Found hotel to be tired and shabby. Room was relatively small and had a distinct smell. A/c was disabled and only a small electric heater was left on in room. No hairdryer and only towels in room for 1 guest. Can back to room later to find no hot water at all. Shower was loose and leaking over bath which... More

I booked this hotel because I was looking for a cheap (£35.00 total) and cheerful hotel in the city centre for a 1 night Saturday stay so I could do a bit of shopping and have a night out in Glasgow with my pal. The girl checking us in couldn't have been any more friendly or professional and confirmed we... More
