I've stayed at a number of premier inns but this was the least impressive. The hotel had a bit of a run down feel and a spruce up needed. Horrible plastic curtains with holes in, the bathroom was a bit awkward with the door opening very close to the toilet and propped open with a bin. The staff were friendly... More

THE ONE THING I always remember about premier inn is the ridiculously cozy bed,the best I have ever slept in,feels like sleeping on a cloud!!!The premier inn is great value for money and has everything you need Within arms reach.Great nights sleep and the staff were good,i would recommend if you are only staying a night for a concert like... the room was slightly tired and the water pressure slightly erratic but we were on the 7th floor (height requested). The bed was great - very Princess & the Pea as I needed a ladder to get into it - with crisp white linen. A quiet Saturday night in Glasgow was achieved and the complimentary kettle with tea/coffee very welcome.... More

Clean, tidy, comfortable room. Huge big bed, king size and really comfortable. I never had any problem with noise disturbance either, and that was sleeping with the window open. Friendly staff and very helpful, provided an iron and also changed my room key as mine has become deactivated. The shower could have been better, no removable head, low water pressure... More

Over the past few years I have probably stayed in 20 different Premier Inns. I can say by a mile this is worst. Rooms are small, that's fine, but paintwork was dirty. There was no hot water in my room or water pressure, I was offered another room, but moved myself. No mention of the satisfaction refund. Premiers Inns are... More

Had a great stay in this hotel. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room great, decent size. The beds are so confortable. For a city centre hotel it was very quite and a few mintutes to train station and shops.

As many will report, you know what to expect with any Premier Inn but this edition is well-positioned for both the city centre or the SECC - a 15 minute walk along the Clyde. And, despite the central location, the hotel is surprisingly quiet and I even found the unexpected twin beds to be remarkably comfortable. Freindly staff in the... More

Two days of golf in Scotland so two nights in Lenny Henry's favourite hotel booked. Great location in the centre of Glasgow, reception area small with a Costa coffee snackery on the ground floor. Room was the standard double and with the guaranteed comfy bed and pillows. Good nights sleep was always on the cards. But what made this a... More

Staff were lovely, received the best service and they were fully knowledgable on all products. However, the hotel itself felt shabby, old and needing upgraded. Our room was at the furthest end of the furthest corridor and it just felt a bit out the way. We use premier inn fairly often, the best was at Manchester airport, and we felt... More

Chosen for its proximity to SECC and City Centre. Easy to find and up to usual Premier Inn standard which is generally quite good. Parking is at Q Parks Multistorey which close. ans cheap at £7 for 24 hours. If yor lucky there is some free parking in the adjacent street from 6.00pm to 8.00am. The ground floor houses a... More
