I booked the weekends 2 night stay for myself, my sister and my niece who were both celebrating special birthdays. Ryan at reception was extremely helpful and friendly on check in and even managed to get us a booking at a restaurant out with the hotel of our choice as we were going to a concert at the Hydro and... I have been a guest at this hotel for a number of years to find lately the hotel standards are going drastically fast down hill!!! They have removed the bedcover that added a bit of warmth to the room, they have now removed the glasses and the ice buckets within the rooms and have closed off the ice machines on... More

We stayed with on Valentine's night was room only paid 95gbp which was a good deal for time of year for both of us to stay. Room was good size but I agree it was dark in room with lights all at one side. When we entered our room we were suprised that there was bottle of wine etc there... More

Stayed overnight in February, was allocated a room with two double beds so good enough size room but it was very dark. Only lamps to the corners of the room so not ideal for getting ready for the dinner dance we were going to. The heating/air conditioning in the room was noisy and the air quite stuffy. Bathroom nice and... More

The reception of this hotel was very busy when we arrived but the desk was manned by four staff who quickly registered the guests. A very polite and smarty dressed young lady sorted us out and recommended various attractions in glasgow. She also informed us on dinner and breakfast deals the hotel was offering. The lift dosent take long to... More

From the moment we stepped into the reception we knew we had made the right choice. The hotel is beautiful, clean and more than expected in the city centre. We booked a one night stay to tie in a theatre show and my hubby's birthday weekend. I had looked at other local hotels which were more expensive and seemed less... More

Got a very good rate on this hotel direct from Marriott. Staff very friendly and efficient and breakfast good. Within easy walking of Glasgow Central Station. Rooms a little tired and yes,as mentioned in an earlier review, it seems strange these days to see a shower curtain in a hotel bathroom -but plenty of hot water so no real complaints.... More

We stayed in Marriott Glasgow for 2 nights. Overall it was very pleasant stay. Our room was ready 2hrs before check in time so we were very pleased. Hotel has free of charge indoor swimming pool, which is a bonus. Pool is a bit small and as it was half terms it was very busy with kids. But you would... More
