Great check in with a smile and allocated an executive room on the top floor. The room was spacious, very clean and everything in working order. As we were celebtrating a special event, the gesture of champagne and best wishes greeting card made the stay even more memorable. The service in the Executive Lounge was very good and eenhanced by... More

Have stayed her a couple of times when visiting my children who study in Glasgow. Great location, good size rooms with 2 double beds in the room. Bathroom a good size with fresh towels. Lovely toiletries. The breakfast buffet offers everything including haggis. Great food and staff. Because of the Commonwealth Games security was so tight you couldn't get past... More

Great hotel, been here now for the third time from the 8th to 10th August 2014 and the service is great, food, rooms, staff and facility's were wonderful, it has not changed in these things or anything else at all, also close to Glasgow city centre and the train station. Highly recommend it.

We stayed her for two nights in Jukly 2014. The location was walking distance to downtown restaurants and many sights. It was across from one of the stops for the Hop On-Hop Off Bus which was very convenient. Hotel was what we expected. We traveled to Scotland by train & station was close.

Stayed here for 10 nights during Comm Games. Don't be fooled by the drab exterior, this hotel is great. Bedroom was large with 2 double beds which were very comfortable. Airconditioning was welcome during the hot spell, pillows comfy and bathroom large. Turn down service at night. Breakfast was included in price which was great and excellent hot/cold selection.
