Great central location for shopping.Room average, not the biggest but clean, could do with bit of a refurb but still adequate for my needs for 1 night. Can be quite noisy at night due to location but to be expected. All staff pleasant and helpful, breakfast was lovely and good deal with The Q carpark across road for residents!

Stayed for a Friday and Saturday night with my girlfriend as we were in Glasgow for a wedding. On the plus side, the bed was incredibly comfortable, the bathroom was nice, the staff were very helpful, the location is very convenient and it was fairly cheap (£70 per night). Unfortunately, we were disturbed both nights: first by a DJ in... More

What can I say about the Abode in Glasgow, well I think its pretty fantastic! Having spent every week there for the last 4 months I can say that I have never had cause to complain about anything at all. The staff are extremely friendly and welcoming and cater for your every request. The beds are ridiculously comfortable and the... More

I stayed here for just under a week with my partner in one of the basic-level rooms on the third floor. The bedroom was spacious, with two separate areas for hanging up our clothes and plenty of shelf- and drawer-space. The bed was great - a really high-quality memory foam mattress and loads of pillows. The bathroom was huge, with... More

Surprisingly pleased by the hotel, having read some previous reviews. The bed is very comfortable, but beware that it is very soft, in a luxurious cocooning sort of way. The bathroom products are lovely and the shower is a delight. However, as it is fixed to the wall with no height adjuster, would be uncomfortable for a tall person. The... More

Ok hotel in the centre of Glasgow ideal for that one night stay.Staff very helpful and friendly both on arriving ,in the bar very late Saturday night and on leaving Sunday. In general the public areas and rooms look a bit tired and could do with some upgrading. Some outside and inside noise but it was Saturday night.Ideal parking accross the road... My boyfriend and I stayed for one night after taking a last minute deal. First impressions were good from the exterior of the Building to the inside fountain and old fasioned lift. The room was a reasonable size and everything was clean, although the view wasn't terribly impressive. Could not find a bad word to say about the bed. It... More

Stayed here for one night on a laterooms deal. Room is tiny and clean...ish! The bathroom is old and tired and could do with regrouting the tiles at the very least. Seems the whole hotel shares one ironing board and iron too - very poor facilities for a four star hotel. Paid £74 for the experience which was overpriced even... More
