I've stayed here a couple of times as it's one of our corporate "preferred" hotels and close to our office in Glasgow. I tend not to expect much of hotels and generally then am not disappointed - but this place tries to give an air of quirky quality ... but in my experience doesn't deliver on the basics. It's on... This is a nice quite classy hotel, perfect for having a base near the centre of town, within walking distance to shops bars and restaraunts . We stayed here for a birthday treat after a meal and night out on the town. This was the perfect option as Glasgow never sleeps until the early hours, train home was not an... More

We booked through Hotel Connextions and received no extra benefits at all. The room we were put in is the smallest in the hotel. No drawer space, and only a rail on the wall to hang some clothes. No mini bar, very little poor quality toiletries. We had the air conditioning unit outside our window! On arrival the receptionist told... More

It's a lovely, quirky hotel and the staff are friendly but the same things crop up over and over again which make it less than you should expect for the price. Plughole not working in sink - not the end of the world but annoying at £200+ a night. Tray of crisps and juice appeared complementary until we realised the... More

This is the second time that I visited Abode. I decided to pay extra for a superior room, the only difference was that the room was marginally larger than the cheaper option. I was in room 303. I have no complaints about the room. It was clean and comfortable, great bed, nice and soft. The staff were very polite and... More

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights. All in all the staff were excellent and the hotel had a very nice feel to it. It was also in a very good situation right in the centre of Glasgow. Breakfast was very good and cooked to order with a choice of cereals, and the usual pastries etc.... More

I was not going to write a review as hate complaining, but actually feel its important for people to know about the noise if you get a room on Bath street. The issue is you may not have a choice! I was first put in room 212 which had a really noisy air conditioning unit right outside the window. I... More

Another successful stay at The Arthouse Hotel. Thanks to a good deal through hotel connexions , we enjoyed BB and a complimentary upgrade to a enviable room. The room was spacious and very lovely. Quiet and peaceful overnight as it was at the back of the hotel. Freshly cooked breakfast served to your table was delicious each morning and the... More

This is a fantastic hotel in the heart of the City , the Arthouse has the feel of luxury when you walk in and the copper / brass old lift is a spectacular feature ! Yes the rooms are ever so slightly tired but the stained glass windows and comfort of the room more than makes up for it !!... More
